Terminix was able to take care of the insect concerns. The company responded to my wanting an earlier appointment without hesitation. I am very pleased, all around, with the performance of the technician and company!

As well as great recommendations and Was very detailed and investigative during his inspection, and overall was professional, genuine, and respectful. Terminix has changed and gone downhill. I use to get a weeks notification before a technician was to come to the house. Now they just show up or receive notification when they are on their way. Also in the past it was the same technician that would come out regularly now it is always some one random. They keep calling me daily now because I have 2 open invoices that are not due until the end of the month. I have been a customer for over 20 years and it is very insulting when they keep calling about the account that has a good history of on time payments. I will be moving soon and closing this account and never returning as a customer. I call about these issues and I am told oh we can not do anything about this it because it is system generated. Poor system!!!!

Sketchy company. Darrick Douglas took advantage of my elderly mother. She has been with this company for 26 years. When she signed up to have her house sealed. She specifically said she wasn’t going to add the service after the 2 years were up. He sent through a 235 fee for the year 2027 service anyway to the finance company. The finance company paid Terminex and now she has a 235 credit for a service she didn’t want. And has to pay interest on that service. I’ve spoken with customer service and they agree with me but there was nothing they could do since it already went to finance. I also asked for the office manager to call me and that’s been 3 days. To add more insult, they came out to spray for bugs. Do you think they subtracted the 88 dollar service fee from the “credit” No. No they did not. They charged her credit card on file. I disputed the charges. And of course they won’t let you speak to a supervisor. I’ve been waiting since Monday. And no one has called me back about today’s issue either.
