I suggest any of you try to find a Terminix office where you can actually have a face-to-face conversation over a billing issue? I've been by two different offices there's no one around. It's a total virtual thing. Corporate conglomerate blob. There is no one to do a face-to-face conversation with. Everything is done over the phone or online or you have to chat with people in the Philippines or God knows where and they switch you off to four different people and you never get your billing issue resolved. I canceled my service and yet I'm still being billed and probably thrown into collections over a service they never performed. In the rest of my life I will never ever go with anything ever provided by any company such as this or any of these large corporations. It's a total crock of crap. I have been by two different offices off of Oakbrook Parkway and Corporate Way in Duluth Georgia where I am presently sitting and the place is totally deserted at 1:38 p.m. in the afternoon there's plenty of Terminix trucks in the front and back of the building but no one inside. The one lady I spoke to in a truck acted like she was a nobody. That she couldn't help and couldn't get into the building and blah blah blah and I'm like well how do y'all even find a job with a company of this type? I would refuse to work with a company such as this. They charge you $521 to come out once per year they probably pay the individual doing the service $20 in a pocket the other 501.00 screw that noise

The main reason for the score is simply because the price for pest control is a bit outrageous for the size of my home. The price has increased gradually over the years, but this latest increase is truly ridiculous. If it goes up much more, I'm afraid the pests will win the battle, or I will just need to shop around. On a separate note, Jonathan Tinch was our most recent pest control service technician, and he did a great job! He was thorough and talked about what he did before he left. I asked him to make sure he took care of one section in particular, which he did. Thank you, Jonathan!

Review of Terminix Pest Control I recently engaged Terminix for pest control services and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. About two weeks ago, I signed a contract with a representative named Mr. Carl Martin. After that initial step, I did not receive any communication from the company. There were no emails, no calls—essentially no follow-up whatsoever. I had requested the first service to take place on a Friday. No one showed up on the scheduled day. Instead, they arrived unannounced the following Monday. As a household with a newborn, it’s essential for us to coordinate when people come into the home, and this lack of communication was a major inconvenience. To date, I still have not received any form of proper communication from Terminix—no scheduling confirmations, no emails, nothing. I even tried to contact a manager named David and received no response. At this point, it feels like once you sign the contract, you’re left entirely on your own. In conclusion, I can’t recommend this company for pest control services. The lack of communication and customer service is a serious issue, and I hope they improve in the future.

Did an inspection and then called a day after to cancel any work performed. Rep was helpful to get my services cancelled. Great. A month later. A tech comes out and services the home and get a charge for the service. I cancelled everything a month prior. But still did a service without my authorization and charging me. Spoke to customer service and was told I cancelled but decided to keep the service? Why would I call to cancel and keep a service? Not right. Tech did a horrible job anyways. There’s still webs and spiders everywhere outside of the house but “dewebbed” everything on the report. Not happy

Terminix completely lied about the services that they would provide, then left my yard and sidewalk a total disaster. Including cutting an electrical line in my yard causing my outdoor lights to not work. When I called to complain to the manager Darrell, he would not take any responsibility and literally hung up on me. No wonder they have a C-rating with the BBB. Stay away from Terminix. Use any other company.

Sam does a great job taking care of our house. He always checks to see if we have any specific needs and keeps of informed if what he does at each visit. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. He a wonderful addition to your team.

We called Terminix due to rodent issues. Initially we were surprised by the cost but after signing up, we feel it was well worth the expense. Chris Wilson is our service person and he has been out here daily checking and reviewing with us daily about progress. He has been thorough in checking outside and indoor entry points. We highly recommend Chris Wilson with Terminix

Please please do not go to this Terminix as the Duluth branch has been quite horrible . I have requested a call back from a manager since April from KEITH BERRY only to find out he declined the call back in May . How disturbing is it to know that you don’t call back your customers however when they want to cancel service .The sales reps are begging for you to stay which resulted in this review and customer complaint in the first place. I have talked to numerous agents and it wasn’t until JESSICA that I actually got some where . So for that I applaud you all . However the rep before her was very rude and I wouldn’t hire her to mow my lawn. Jason was a great technician until he NEVER checked my back yard which was apart of my contract. Just beware they do not call back , they do not provide the service suggested in your contract and lastly there managers are just as disrespectful as the agents . YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A CUSTOMER IN ME SO STOP SENDING ME ADS IN THE MAIL.

He's always punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Blake takes the time to explain what he's doing and why, and he goes above and beyond to make sure our business is protected. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. Thanks to Blake, we've had zero pest issues, and the peace of mind that brings is priceless. Highly recommend both Terminix and Blake!
