I pay for the most expensive package- they never do what they say they are going to do. When I had sand fleas in my basement they showed up and tried to upsell my package and didn’t even come prepared to spray. This is after I had a window of 10-12 and they got there at 130. I am a single parent and took the entire day of work off. The fleas returned and they came back at 12 the next time when my scheduled apt was 8-10. This time for a routine spray that I had previously scheduled in JULY when we got back from vacation this was supposed to be a follow spray for fleas. It’s ridiculous. I can’t wait to switch my service to a more friendly service that honors their work with a level of accountability .

Service technician: Justin McKinney I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service provided by the Terminix technician, Justin McKinney. In my past experiences with pest control companies, the technicians typically spend no more than 10 minutes spraying the basic areas to prevent infestations. However, Justin went above and beyond. He meticulously cleaned all corners and crevices with a broom, ensuring that no webs were left behind. He sprayed every nook and cranny, especially in the garage, with a thoroughness that I've never seen from any other company. Justin's dedication to his work is truly commendable. He was informative, detailed, efficient, and personable. Terminix is fortunate to have such a diligent and passionate employee, and I believe he deserves to be promoted to train other employees to his high standards. I sincerely hope to have Justin as our technician for all future services. Thank you so much, Justin.

Tech showed up not having knowledge of anything I called them for. Knocked down the hornet nest but then left it in my attic. Had to ask him to remove it. Why would you knock it down but not remove it 🤦🏽‍♀️ and then ask me to use some of my spray stuff for the hornets and wasps. Why didn’t he bring his own equipment????? Used up all mine! Just seemed so incompetent. And then billed me for extra stuff and didn’t tell me anything about it. Even though I had just paid almost $200. Then when I said I wanna cancel they said they gon charge me over 1,000 to cancel 🙄🙄🙄 didn’t tell me nothing about a cancellation fee. They was just the worst!!!!!!

Your staff are friendly and helpful. Sam is always considerate and keeps me well informed of his arrival so I know to keep the dogs in. The service and products are good but if I have a concern it is always addressed by someone at Terminix.

We have had the WORST experience with Terminix and more specifically, their rep Kasey Carroll, who was incredibly deceitful & dishonest when he came into our home to do his inspection. Ultimately lying about what he found and charging us a ridiculous amount of money. We had our attic insulated by them as well and now our ceiling is damaged. This company is an absolute scam. Do not let them into your home or trust them to do anything for you. They lie & they have awful tactics to scam you into doing business with them. I have never experienced such a shady and dishonest company in my life. Once they get you in a contract with them, they’re done with you. Good luck getting anyone on the phone or having anyone address your concerns. They refuse to let us out of a contract that their rep Kasey Carroll made us RE-SIGN after their system was “having issues” promising $500 off for the “trouble” but really he had changed the terms of the contract without our knowledge locking us into something we did not originally consent to and not honoring the $500 discount. When we tried to get it fixed, he ignored all of our calls & never answered our messages. Customer service was also no help and didn’t seem to care at all. You can’t get in touch with anyone here if there’s an issue. Absolutely horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone do business with them.
