Akeya, our service technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and meticulous with every step. We have had Terminix termite protection via a contract for more than 34 years and have never experienced any issues. They come quickly and resolve the issue quickly if there are any infestations and they do a thorough inspection every year as part of the contract. This year, Anthony came and inspected the house, garage, basement and yard professionally, efficiently and communicated the results expediently. !DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Discloser The consultant didn’t care who’s social security we used to try to get finance, he just wanted to make a sale!! On Friday, we had a consultant come out We explained that we do NOT have any roaches, spiders, or rats in our home. How ever we believe RATS to be underneath our home ( it’s a mobile home) He ASSURED us that Terminex would handle the panel removals of the trailer, placing as many treatment/traps underneath the mobile home, and reassembling the panels. And since that’s the ONLY issue we have we agreed to sign up for treatment, and paid $155.00 ON SPOT to sign up. On MONDAY the technician came out, I told him to remove the panels, he calls his manager who told him he can’t do that, the technician stated that terminex would have to send someone else out to remove the panels, and it would cost more money as well. I was upset, so he sprayed the kitchen TWICE with an CAN SPRAY, that’s equivalent to spraying febreeze LITERALLY. Anyway he sprayed even though I did not need it, and set traps around the house. ( 6 TINY TRAPS) and LEFT. I already had BIG RAT Traps that I purchased an entire pack for $22.00 I could’ve just bought more traps if that was the case. I paid $155 for 6 traps & TWO febreeze sprays AFTER I COMPLAINED The consultant finally reached back out after I texted, and called him. & apologized stating he was unaware of the policy, and that they don’t remove panels for treatment. His job is to make a sale, and he sold my ass. I called to get a refund, they said the branch manager would review, and I would hear back The manager reviewed, and denied the request. no one called back! I’m a mother, I have children I could’ve used those $155.00 Spent $40.00 on some mouse traps, and used the remaining $115.00 on winter coats for my kids. They couldn’t even give me a partial refund.

Worst customer service. First of all, the sales guy was schedule to come to our house and when we called him he said it was the end of his day and he didn’t want to drive across town.. once he got wind that we need a lot done he suddenly was on his way and “15 minutes away”. After that he continued through his pitch using “I drove all the way here” as his attempt to close the deal. As we’ve waited a week, our schedule day finally came and they rescheduled. Now on the rescheduled day, they are an hour late. We already have to be out of the house during this time for four hours and have planned our day around this time frame And now they are an hour late. Very unprofessional communication sucks. I would highly recommend going with anyone else.

Carl provided advanced notice and confirmation of our annual appointment. He sent a text I forming me of his pending arrival. Upon arrival he introduced himself and explained what he would doing. Afterwards he provided an explanation of his findings. I was also provided with a printed report an a final emai.

Original date canceled. Then tech showed up early for next date. My concerns were met with resistance. I had to be firm. For future, I want all techs to wear cover ups for shoes while in my home. Thank you.

I cannot say I got a 5 star experience because 1) did not know they were coming until they called me from my driveway to ask if they could walk around the house outside. I said "yes". 2) I did not know they were gone until the truck was no longer in my driveway. 3) I did not get any report positive or negative. No communication at all after I said "yes"

I am canceling service with this company following their free inspection. The rep they sent advised that we needed to replace all our attic insulation, as well as needing other services, specifically replacing the insulation in our attic. After speaking to other companies who came out to inspect, we were informed that no such service was needed. The sales rep was just trying to sell us $3500 worth of service that was not necessary. It may be important to note that I did NOT tell any competitors that Terminix had been out here. I said we had seen our dogs acting in a similar manner to how they acted previously when there was an issue. They found evidence of squirrels when the Terminix rep verbally informed me of a developing rat infestation. Two inspections later, I have been informed that there is no rat problem. The bug spraying service was fine, but if I have to deal with dishonesty at a company, how can I trust anyone there?

Did yearly check of termite bit stations and replaced the ones that needed replaced. They notified me a couple of days before the inspection the time range they would be there. They were professional. The cost seems reasonable for the service.

I called them because I had a raccoon in my attic. The inspector found a raccoon corpse and droppings too. I was told that I had to get a full exclusion as well. The work was good, but the price was a little high—my fault for accepting it and feeling the pressure of resolving the issue. For getting rid of the raccoon, picking up the corpse, sanitizing, and performing an exclusion, I was charged $2,450.00 USD.
