Avoid doing business with Terminix. This company is a nightmare. They do not respond to clients. I’ve been told for nine days now that I would be receiving a call back, and it never happened. They also did not show up for our scheduled service, and there has been no response to that either. Terminix- do not reply to this review with your ridiculous “customer support email” response. You have already lost this account. Your customer service is a disaster.

I called two days ago to schedule an exterminator to come out and spray my property for roaches. They were very kind and scheduled it for the next day which I thought was great until I waited here for four hours with everything out of my cabinets per their request. I got a call 2 hours after my schedule block apologizing that they did not show up and that I would be rescheduled mid-day on Tuesday (5 days later). I tried calling back with no response. I am extremely frustrated as now I have all of my kitchen stuff out of the cabinets and they are telling me it could be up to a week for them to come. Just know if you hire them they are not going to be in any hurry to fix their mistakes or work with you.
