Today, my annual termite bait inspection was completed by Norman Martin. He maintained communication with me in terms of scheduling and the completion of his inspection. Norman was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection. He responded patiently and politely to my questions. They are good at their job, however, charging you if you don’t put in writing your desire to not continue your service after contract expires. Yes, it’s in writing in contract that written termination is required. Every service was emailed or texted a service time and date until after the end of year. Please beware!!!!! We cancelled on phone 3 months prior, but they continued service on our rental property, which we were not made aware! It’s not right.
