not worth your time i had them come out 2 times and to get them out there the second time took well over a week of back and forth calling and i still see bugs a week into them coming and their explanation is “you will see activity” then did everything but do the money back guarantee like they promise on the phone when you make the appointment and in their website they also promised an inspection the first time and they came in for 5 min and then left after doing the most minimal spray job trust me do not go with these people just buy the products from the store to ensure that you’re doing the job

It started out okay but they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with… they scheduled the service without calling me to make sure the time works. I tried to call them to tell them saying I didn’t need service anymore, THEY STILL sent someone out when I wasn’t home and sprayed the outside of the house. Then billed me for it, even though I left 3-4 messages trying to cancel the service..
