I was with Western Pest for years before Orkin bought them out. I stayed with Orkin only because they picked-up my Termite contract from Western Pest. Orkin provided Bug Service (Pest Control Quarterly), Termite Protection, and Mosquito/Tick Spraying. Prices were on par with other companies. But what I liked was that many Western Pest employees remained with Orkin after the buyout. But over the years, they are all gone and Orkin is a shell of the previous company. If it wasn’t for my Termite Contract, I'd have moved on long ago. My dissatisfaction stems from a lack of Admin support, a lack of Management to respond to issues, and pressure put on Field Techs to the point they are not effective. Scheduling is very difficult. Complaints ignored. And I have watched Techs come and depart without ever getting out of their trucks. Yet I receive a “service report” in my email. I can no longer pay for this. It is that bad…

not worth your time i had them come out 2 times and to get them out there the second time took well over a week of back and forth calling and i still see bugs a week into them coming and their explanation is “you will see activity” then did everything but do the money back guarantee like they promise on the phone when you make the appointment and in their website they also promised an inspection the first time and they came in for 5 min and then left after doing the most minimal spray job trust me do not go with these people just buy the products from the store to ensure that you’re doing the job
