I really wanted to have a positive experience with Orkin, which is why I stayed with the service for over three years. I had heard great things about the company and trusted that my long-standing German roach issue would eventually be resolved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Over the past three years, I have consistently followed the guidance provided to me and paid for ongoing service, yet the root problem has never been fully addressed. Most recently, after I left an honest review, Orkin reached out and offered three complimentary services to rectify the situation. I was hopeful that this meant things would finally move in the right direction. However, the follow through has been disappointing. I tried to coordinate with them on multiple times for a call, but the communication completely flatlined. Despite several scheduling attempts on my end, no one has followed up. It has now been about a week with no response. This pattern of being told someone from management will reach out and then hearing nothing has unfortunately been consistent throughout my time as a customer. At this point, I am less concerned with apologies and more concerned with results and accountability. I remained a customer for three years because I genuinely wanted this issue resolved and believed in Orkin’s reputation. Sadly, the level of service and communication I have experienced has not reflected that reputation. I hope this feedback encourages meaningful follow through for future customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE. They are terrible communicators and consistently lie about when they are coming out for service. They have seeminlgy put us the schedule for 4 weekends in a row and the morning of each time we get a call saying that no one is available to do the job. We are constantly told when booking that we are the first ones scheduled on the job for that day yet we will get a call saying they chose to go do a different job instead of ours and now have no manpower to be able to complete our job. This was an EXPENSIVE two day job that has now spanned over 30 days. Never again will I trust this company with my money or my business and you should not either.

Switched from True Green to Orkin because of their customer service. Orkin has been great! Overton is the best! He gets the job done and works with my schedule. He’s also so pleasant and courteous! Highly recommended!!!

We will be a returning customer because of the experience we had with technician, Tyler Rogers. Tyler was impeccable from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and needs; he was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient with his work. On top of it, he was so nice and courteous! It’s easy to convey that Tyler is a dedicated person, and was committed to doing the job right. Such STELLAR customer service is rare now-a-days.

Patrick is amazing!! He does a great job! We have 4 dogs and last time he was doing a treatment at our house we had to take one to vet. And when he can back a month later he remember and asked how she was doing! It’s the small things!! Highly recommend! And if you can get Patrick you’ll be even better off!!

At approximately 1:15 PM, I called my local Orkin branch to address an automatically scheduled appointment for which I am unavailable. To my shock, the customer service agent I spoke with was exceptionally rude. From the onset, her tone was hostile and dismissive. She made a point of stating that I was not her only customer before abruptly hanging up on me. She also let me know that the call center does not know what they are talking about and the information they told me does not matter. The technicians that come out have always been great. However, the in office staff are hard to get in touch with do not return phone calls or emails and are rude and aggressive when you do speak to them. I have asked them to cancel all of my future services.
