Never knew there were ants crawling in the upstairs bedroom window. After treatments to several areas in the house, no-more ants crawling in the window seal. It is best to have this Service for Preventative Maintenance for inside and outside your home.

So far my experience with Orkin has been rough. The staff - other than project install staff - are very pleasant, but there have been an incredible amount of bumps. I hired Orkin for general pest services which is the only way they said they would help with my mice issue I was experiencing. A month in and I’m seeing more mice than I was before. Beyond that, there have been many other bumps. The initial inspection led to them up selling me on $7k worth of services - which I agreed to because they made them seem necessary. They also discovered a *leak* under my house during this - which led to me hiring appliance repair and then plumbing just to find out there was a stain and no leak - they told me it was an active leak without checking to see if it was wet. Time away from work and out of pocket costs and worry that were all unnecessary. When they showed up to install a new vapor barrier, treat fungus in the crawl space, install insulation in the attic and crawl space - the team that showed up barely communicated with me even when directly asked questions. The team that installed the insulation in the attic neglected to tell me everything in the room that led to the attic would become covered in insulation - I could have removed items - instead I was left with multiple days of cleaning. They left my fences wide open and didn’t bother to tell me they were leaving - which is problematic both leaving my property open, but also they were aware my dog had been in his crate all day minus when I was taking him out for short walks. I’ve had two items I wanted completed since that day - now over a month ago - which is meshing in a few places for exclusion - and a large trap under the house (there was one there). It took multiple people stopping by before eventually getting another trap under the house - and a month later I still do not have the meshing for exclusion - and I am seeing more mice in my house. I didn’t actually see the mice before - now I am seeing them running around. Beyond that I had a no call no show after blocking time from work to be available - which they said their platform misplaced 2,200 customers - and I’m having billing issues. I hope this all will be resolved at some point - especially the mice - because again most of the employees seem pleasant. But thus far it just seems like I’ve been duped for $7k without even having the mouse issue I contacted them for handled properly.
