Patrick was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why! Made sure I knew that the treatment would dry in about 15mi , and made sure I was aware that the chemicals were non-toxic and safe for my pets. Only downside with Patrick’s service was that he disclosed he was an Eagles fan! Ha. Thanks again Patrick!

Pest control services are okay but when you call to cancel DO NOT tell the automated system that is why you’re calling… they will not answer. I have been on hold for 20 minutes on one of my phones and when I tried calling from my other phone the first time they sent me to the hold queue but when I hung up and tried to call right back they send me to voice mail now. The quickness of them sending me to VM fluctuates so it’s definitely a person on the other end. Customer service at this Chesapeake branch has always sucked.

I’m honestly at my wits end. I’m paying for a service that is not working. I try to call and I’m on hold for an hour. The communication is trash. I am also waiting over 2.5 weeks to have someone else come out for a job that was not finished. I can hardly sleep. Not to mention I signed a freaking contract. I’m so beyond upset that it’s not even funny. I was told that they could get rid of the problem and it’s getting worse. My dogs are losing their freaking minds. The tech that came out was great but I also feel lied to. I was told they can’t climb very well but everyone else is saying different things. I just wanted my home and my life back. I can’t sleep with fear that they are right under me. My dogs aren’t able to rest. I just want the problem over. Signed a VERY unhappy customer. Update. Still a very unhappy customer. The problem is still not being handled. I’m paying for rodents and bugs and still have spider webs all over my house. I have had 2 people come to my house and I’m still very upset. I feel like no one is taking it seriously. And I keep being told about exclusion and it’s not my house I am only a renter. It’s very silly that you have everyone sign a 1 year contract and then come out and do the bare minimum. Where is the passion? I’m waiting 2-3 weeks for someone to come out and to barely do anything. When I signed the contract I was told they could handle my problem. Very confidently. Every time I speak to someone else comes out they say something else. No one is on the same page. Not to mention the website barely works.

Brandon and his Chesapeake crew did a fantastic job on our crawlspace!! It looks 1000% better than it did before and I can actually go down there now and breathe and not get dirty. They addressed all of our concerns, graded the hard clay, put in trenches and just did a completely super job. Great customer service when signing up and scheduling service. Cleo was a great technician that came up. He answered any concerns and questions. The Inspector that came out Dominik that came out was knowledgeable and professional as well and answered any concerns and questions. Great experience. 👍 This was after switching from a local competitor that wouldn't go up in the attic do to not having an attached ladder. They lost a ton of business. Sorry Southern, Orkin has Ladders 🪜UPDATED 8/242024: Had Orkin out to repair and get rid of our RAT infestation (Roof Rats) in the attic. The guy that came our were super professional, pleasant and answered any questions I had about the job they were doing or a question I might have had about the attic, if while they were up there did they notice a leak or anything. These are questions they didn't have to answer. They need to finish up 1 more day, but very detailed job. This is a job that not everyone would want to do, but these guys were great, no complaining, just knocking it out. Great job and appreciate the superb work.

I use Orkin for personal and commercial use. They are a reliable service but when I was looking for something different because the treatments they were providing were not addressing my new concerns.. I went with another company. I was under the impression from the call center with Orkin that I was not under any agreement and that I could cancel anytime(It was mainly why I went with them in the first place), however when I called and spoke to the account manager today, she was very blunt and unhelpful. I am basically backed into a corner now with another company and orkin, paying them both $$$. At the end of the day Orkin is just a business and you won't get 100% customer satisfaction here. Am I partly to blame here? I guess you shouldn't believe anything you hear and half of what you see. The only way out of an agreement is to get a lawyer so that's what I will be doing since Orkin won't settle with me over the phone. That is my experience as of 1/6/24. This is not how I wanted to end my Friday!

Great job! We recently did a military move to a new state and cockroaches are new to us. The team on the phone was friendly and helpful. Our technician, Patrick was super friendly and patient. He explained everything, what was being used where and how the treatments worked. He even helped my son open his sandbox lid while I had a toddler and newborn inside crying. Very friendly and efficient guy!

I have never had a tech visit my home that failed to provide great service. Lastly, I appreciate the results from the treatments, pests have virtually disappeared from my residence.

Charles always does great when performing the every other monthly service. I haven’t seen any bug outbreaks since using the service. I’ve been using them I believe for almost a year now.
