Orkin is a company I will never use again and I will never recommend. After spending ALOT of money to have some work done underneath my house to help with rodents, it’s like I couldn’t get ahold of them anymore. I tried to contact them over and over with very little response from them. When there were issues and they KNEW and someone needed to come to my home, they would send a basic person that was doing a routine check. Then that person would come out and say he would need someone else to come out because he just does the basic sprays and checks. One time they finally got back to me was after I posted in their Facebook page negatively. For a name as big as their name, you’d think they’d want to protect their reputation but I always felt like they didn’t care. They got money out of me and that was it. Now I have a new company helping me and they cannot believe that I had a contract with Orkin for a year and I’m having the issues I’m having. Speaks wonders about their company. Find a family owned local business that cares about their name and you. Not Orkin!!!!!

Price was super reasonable especially for such thorough service. Both guys who came out were awesome, fast, super professional. Ken did an awesome job inspecting the house and caught an issue we didn't even know about, and Overton was great too with the actual treatment. both of them answered all my questions really thoroughly. would give ten stars if possible honestly.

Warren with Orkin is the BEST! He is so kind and considerate! We ask people to remove their shoes and the second time he came he showed up with booties because he remembered! He is very helpful and knowledgeable and makes sure all our needs are met and the pests are gone! Couldn’t recommend him more!

I really wanted to have a positive experience with Orkin, which is why I stayed with the service for over three years. I had heard great things about the company and trusted that my long-standing German roach issue would eventually be resolved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Over the past three years, I have consistently followed the guidance provided to me and paid for ongoing service, yet the root problem has never been fully addressed. Most recently, after I left an honest review, Orkin reached out and offered three complimentary services to rectify the situation. I was hopeful that this meant things would finally move in the right direction. However, the follow through has been disappointing. I tried to coordinate with them on multiple times for a call, but the communication completely flatlined. Despite several scheduling attempts on my end, no one has followed up. It has now been about a week with no response. This pattern of being told someone from management will reach out and then hearing nothing has unfortunately been consistent throughout my time as a customer. At this point, I am less concerned with apologies and more concerned with results and accountability. I remained a customer for three years because I genuinely wanted this issue resolved and believed in Orkin’s reputation. Sadly, the level of service and communication I have experienced has not reflected that reputation. I hope this feedback encourages meaningful follow through for future customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE. They are terrible communicators and consistently lie about when they are coming out for service. They have seeminlgy put us the schedule for 4 weekends in a row and the morning of each time we get a call saying that no one is available to do the job. We are constantly told when booking that we are the first ones scheduled on the job for that day yet we will get a call saying they chose to go do a different job instead of ours and now have no manpower to be able to complete our job. This was an EXPENSIVE two day job that has now spanned over 30 days. Never again will I trust this company with my money or my business and you should not either.

We had our first service and were very impressed by the technician's (Overton Nichols) thoroughness. He quickly addressed our wasp problem and took time to explain his thoughts. He was punctual and polite.
