Technician, Kevin, is great. Our family has had Orkin service for about thirty years. This is the first time I’ve had problems with Orkin. It is not Kevin. I think your product is no longer effective. I’ve had to pay about $6,000 three years ago and now have to pay another $6000 for the same problem. Orkin must be involved in inflating the situation.

I hired Orkin to insulate my attic space. Torrence and Jamol were exceptional. My attic was a “hot mess” of nests, a rodent and remnants of years past of animals living up there in my insulation. They spent hours cleaning up the “hot mess” and went out of their way to save 4 squirrel babies for mom to take to a new nest. Kind, polite and compassionate technicians who did an exceptional very laboring job. They unbent my attic vent and wire screened my vents to avoid any more nests in the attic. The insulation is treated to keep animals away. I highly recommend them for attic insulation.

Signed up for a contract. Mistake. Orkin said they had "A defined plan." Last time they showed up, they were spraying the wrong house, and my 80 year old parent had to let them know. This time, they showed up and asked what work they were supposed to do. I give them credit because they showed up again to redo the job. But I'm on the hook for monthly payments til 10.24. Looks like a lot of phone calls in the meantime. Meh.

My overall experience with Orkin was great until recently. I had a service tech who would not spray the home's inside and just the outside. I recently called them about rodents, and the sales rep verbally quoted me $7000 for 0% interest for 12+ months, but in actuality, it was 0% for three months and then 29.99% interest. I still found rodents in my dryer vent after the installation after I was told that the 7k would take care of everything. The sales rep sold me all the bells and whistles, but then it was switch and bait for the financing. I canceled my contract, and I am taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend doing business with them. As a consumer, please review their BBB reviews and comments before signing a huge purchase.
