Orkin is definitely on the top of their game! Read was the first to arrive to treat the home. Derek and his team mate came and inspected attic to crawl space and came back with a repair that will only worsen with time. He sent me many pictures to validate his claim and will call me Friday for an answer. All of these technicians were polite, made an excellent appearance, were knowledgeable and well mannered. It felt like my grandsons sitting around the kitchen table. I am very happy with the service. Orkin may cost a little more, but it's worth it. I've found out you get what you pay for and the lowest bud isnt always the best.

At the inspection to check for termite activity to ensure that the termite bait stations are working properly, the salesman noticed mouse activity in the attic and went full on into trying to sell my elderly father on a super expensive solution to the mouse “problem”. He barely glanced at the area where he had the original termite issue. Had I not been there, I believe that my father may have agreed because of the scare tactics used by the salesman, who indicated that there was “signifiant” mouse activity and they would chew electrical wires and burn the house down.

Orkin makes pest control easy! I appreciate the service so very much. For older homes it is a perfect match for ongoing service. The most recent experience I have had with Orkin was exceptional service provided by Team Orkin for crawl space work on a very cold day. Kevin and the team worked diligently to provide a vapor barrier, chalked the vents and treated the wood against fungus. They also added a new door to the crawl space. There was ice and snow covering the ground and temperatures outside were very low. This was excellent service. Everyone on the Orkin team was professional and polite. I am more than pleased and impressed with the 5 star service.

This literally just happened. On yesterday, 11/29/2025, I received an email citing services had been completed at my home. The issue with this is, my husband and myself are currently and still out of town. We did not receive any services at all but my card was charged $150.00. I have called every phone number to speak with someone and the weirdest thing, the phone rings and rings and then just stops. Not sure if someone is answering and just not saying anything and just holding the line until I hang up. I sent an email to email address located within the email sent to me about this matter. I also sent a text citing I will get a lawyer to look into this matter if my funds are not returned in which I may do because this is theft. How am I being charged for services that was not rendered. Please go elsewhere because Orkin is definitely a rip off. Oh, I have screen shots of everything as well as proof.
