Patrick is amazing!! He does a great job! We have 4 dogs and last time he was doing a treatment at our house we had to take one to vet. And when he can back a month later he remember and asked how she was doing! It’s the small things!! Highly recommend! And if you can get Patrick you’ll be even better off!!

At approximately 1:15 PM, I called my local Orkin branch to address an automatically scheduled appointment for which I am unavailable. To my shock, the customer service agent I spoke with was exceptionally rude. From the onset, her tone was hostile and dismissive. She made a point of stating that I was not her only customer before abruptly hanging up on me. She also let me know that the call center does not know what they are talking about and the information they told me does not matter. The technicians that come out have always been great. However, the in office staff are hard to get in touch with do not return phone calls or emails and are rude and aggressive when you do speak to them. I have asked them to cancel all of my future services.

This company seemed great originally, they set me an appointment about a week out and sent me a form to sign by the date the representative came by. Signed the form and they showed up around the estimated time. Unfortunately there systems didn't register my form signed I asked if they could email me another and the rep said only the office can. We both tried calling and couldn't get an answer. I was told he would try to get it sent to me the next day and get back out there. I've heard nothing and it's been 5 days. I've tried to call 2 back to back days to figure it out, but getting someone to answer is about as difficult as getting a hold of the IRS. I can't speak to the services they do well, but as far as getting in touch with them it very concerning. Was willing to try this company, but with this much difficulty to make contact I'd just recommend a company that answers the phone.

Don't let orkin do yall crawlspace they did a poorly job under my house I have pic of everything they did first off the inspector didn't went under the house first off they left the old insulation under the house they was eating under the house then the distract manager Brandon say work was completely never done they have poorly workers took 5 people not doing the job correct way I would give them a negative u pay them 16k to run off with ur money like the distract manger don't care when I was under my house i had water under the the plastic and on top I so upset right now they didn't know what they was doing then they mess up my gutter please not go with orkin the worker should be excellent not half way if u want to believe me I show you all the pic 4 days of work not finish they don't I not going under the house what a waste of money PLEASE EVERYONE DONT GO WITH ORKIN what kind of work they doing and district manger Brandon say he can't prevent the water under the house I try to call the corporate office it went to his cell phone that how orkin scam people form the atlanta Georgia headquarters I hope the world 🌎 see all the pic they did the worst job I ever seen. They still didn't finish the job correctly it been almost 2 months. The district manger Brandon want to come out his own time Orkin should had this job now water is every where he say my pipe are busting have pudding of water in three or more different spots then I found lizard 🦎 under the house what a crabby job they done I add three more photos
