The service tech that came to my house was very professional and pleasant. He is very likable and a real asset to Terminix. It's not common in my experience to say a visit from terminix was a really pleasant experience just a neutral one is how it usually is but it really was. I’ve been a customer of Terminix for several years, but the service over the past year has significantly declined. Although I work from home and was available, the technician consistently failed to service the inside of my home. Over time, I began to question whether the outside was even being treated. My concerns were confirmed when a large, aggressive hornet’s nest formed right outside my bathroom window. After receiving a notice from my HOA, I contacted Terminix to address the issue. Despite the urgency, it took 3–4 weeks for a technician to come out. When he finally arrived, he admitted he wasn’t sure how to handle the nest. He came inside, took photos, called a supervisor for guidance, and said he would return. He never did. The scheduled follow-up day came and went with no call and no show. At that point, I refused to continue paying for quarterly services that clearly were not being performed. I had to hire another company, who resolved the issue the same day without hesitation. Instead of correcting the situation or taking accountability, Terminix chose to send my account to collections. I will not pay for services that were not delivered. If necessary, I am fully prepared to take legal action to resolve this matter. Extremely disappointing experience from a company I trusted for years.

I see so many positive reviews and can only shake my head. I used Terminix Norcross for termite treatment. The initial inspection went well. The sales rep, Randell, was kind and answered all of our questions. After the service was done we had some issues. From that point forward customer service has been horrendous. Repeated requests were ignored. We asked to speak with a manager - ignored. Almost a year later a tech was sent out a month early and we hadn’t even decided if we wanted to renew. I reached out to Randell again and was told “I don’t have access to any of that.” I again requested to speak with a manager. No call back. Sent a follow up several days later. No response and message is showing unread. Second follow up sent yesterday and it is showing unread as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Once they get their foot in the door they don’t care one bit about customer service.

He is very meticulous—he once caught a missing trap, added one after my home addition, and this year replaced a cracked top without hesitation. Ashton did an exceptionally good job. He was very professional and showed his concern for my property. To help prevent any problems with termites in the future, he recommended clover oil for a tree stump and the removal of a log. Very cordial young man.

My home is free of pests and the service is reasonably priced. My technician, Robert, is great! He communicates before, during, and after my service in a really easy manner. He’s been my service guy for several years now (not a revolving door of employees). If I ever have any problems or questions I just reach out and he takes care of it.

The technician was a very nice gentleman. He was kind and gentle with Ms. Nova Robertson. There was nothing he could do for her. She has probably with her eyes. I thank him for caring about but being truthful of what he saw and him understanding what was happening. Thank from the family.
