Previously gave them 5 stars - the initial service and exclusion was expedient and I initially thought it was effective. They said the only needed to exclude the outside of the house and that the traps would kill anything inside the walls and crawl space. We hadn’t heard anything for a few weeks and the technician said there was nothing in the traps so we assumed the problem was solved. Literally the day after we left there was evidence of rodents in the drawers under our bathroom sink (a place we had never seen activity before). We have since requested several follow up appointments with varying levels of service quality. Twice we’ve called to set up and appointment and been told by the representative that someone would come out tomorrow only to have no one arrive. Once we had someone arrive but they arrived an hour late with no communication and there for bugs, not rodents and couldn’t really do anything but set sticky traps. When we finally had someone for rodents come they said nothing was in the traps and sealed a few more entry points but I am hearing them in the walls as I type this. We are now being told they are booked out for weeks and are waiting to get a call back so they can schedule an appointment. Extremely disappointed. I have not felt safe in my home for weeks. I’ve already emailed the email they’ve been auto responding with on bad reviews. We will see if anything comes of it.
