My Experience with Olodon was nothing less than Exceptional. 2yrs ago when I Joined Terminix My 1st Serviceman didn’t do a great job, but every since then I’ve had Mr Olodon service my property and his work as well as his eagerness to answer any questions as well as give future instruction is beyond compare. GREAT SERVICE GUY!!

I absolutely love Terminix! They have some of the best techs that come out and service your home. If I have an issue they respond promptly and they are always professional. My most current tech name is Clarence, when I tell y’all he knows what he is doing understand me he knows what he is doing. He always start out by asking me if I’ve had any issues. He really wants to know what I’ve seen, where I seen it at, and how often. I let him know and he goes to work. Last year 2025 we had a bad spider problem on the outside of the house my tech showed up and showed out. Fast forward this year 2026 I begin to see water bugs and the spiders came back however, they wasn’t nearly as bad. Clarence came in and treated just the outside of my house because I had my grandbaby and he was and still is only a couple of months old. He let me know it wasn’t safe to spray around a newborn. However, before he left he also let me know if I am still having issues to call them and they’ll come back out.. Cool beans! What ever he did on the outside of my house did the trick no more spider and no more water bugs. All I can say is Terminix is really terminating these pestering pest.

I have had Terminix for several years now and I rarely ever have bug issues. If I see anything they come right away. It gives me so much peace of mind. Nadir is my current tech and he is great! Very personable and detail oriented.

I would seriously reconsider using this company! Had an appointment this morning between 8 and 10 and of course no one showed up. So I called at 10 o’clock and the woman that I spoke with did get a hold of the technician and he did call me back fairly quickly and proceeded to tell me how the office gave him the wrong timeframe so he wasn’t supposed to show up until between 10 and 12. They have no consideration for others. They don’t really care if you took the day off just sit here and wait for them. They don’t really care if you specifically got up at 8 AM to wait for them. I’m going to seriously take into consideration, switching companies. When I called back to speak with a manager, they refused to put one on the phone. And then the person on the phone proceeded to keep calling me by the wrong name. I attempted to correct him a few times any proceeded to keep calling me by the wrong name. If you’re dealing with clients, especially upset clients you might want you at the very least call them by their correct name. That’s just a little thing called customer service.

This nice gentleman that showed up was super kind and very efficient. His name was Warren. He was probably the best terminix rep that we've had here ever! I feel like everyone else rushes through and this gentleman was very thorough. My husband said he came before but I wasn't here so I didn't see him last time. This technician was very helpful, took pictures and helped us to see things that might attract termites that we needed to fix so we didn't end up with a problem. You need to give this nice gentleman a raise!!!!
