I was talking to sales about shopping around for a termite bond for a house we are bidding on in Mobile, AL, and the sales rep said a licensed terminator must go out to assess prior to a quote. I said, ok, no problem, but I am just shopping around and we don't own the house yet. She said, huffily, "Are you FROM Alabama? Well, in Alabama, a license person MUST go out prior to a quote so call us back when you get the house!" Then she hung up on me. It is clear I need to go to another business for a termite bond.

3 stars only because the first technician never arrived nor rescheduled. Customer service reached out to his manager and they promised I would hear something. I waited hours and nothing. The 2nd technician Frank was awesome however. It would be great if you could reach a local office when you call.

got charged for a service that said was done but never received a text, call or email from the service technician that they came out to my house to do services when it was done previously every time they came out. I contacted Terminix and supposedly they don’t have to contact you. If they didn’t contact me to let me know it was done it wasn’t done. I have at least four times for a manager to call me and no one has yet contacted me. DO NOT RECOMMEND
