Mr. Frank Williams is our agent/inspector. He is very personable and professional. I like that he contact us several days in advance to let us know when to expect him. In addition he calls before he arrives. Mr. Williams took time and patiently pointed out areas around our home which needed attention. He provided suggestions on how to address the issues and where to find the materials needed.

The technician called to advise me that he was enroute to my home. Upon arrival he called to announce his arrival and would ring the doorbell when ready to enter for inside inspection. Very polite, professional and thorough. After completion, he cleaned the insulation that had fallen during his attic inspection. After giving my home a clean bill of no termites and my signing to acknowledge his inspection and no signs of termite activity, he emailed this information and made sure I had received it before he left. Wilbert Jackson has been the most thorough, thoughtful, considerate, respectful and professional technician that I have encountered in my more than 30 years with Terminix. Thank you Mr. Jackson and thank you Terminix for employing such as customer service oriented and favorable employee.

My technician was Chris. He was awesome from the start. He was very professional, informative and thorough. He was patient and answered the many questions and concerns that I had. He even assured me that I could call him in the future if I had any more issues. Thomas was my initial contact with the company as he was the inspector. He also was very polite and informative. So far I've had nothing but positive experiences and results with Terminix. And I would recommend them to anyone needing pests and insect control service

There are several reasons I chose Terminix for my exterminator,Professionalism,Quality products,and patient service providers.The agent I have is Roger who checks all of the requirements as he is very professional and patient he takes time to send out reminders before he visits and always has a follow up with you before he leaves the property. I appreciate his above and beyond quality of service and takes pride in his work because it shows in his knowledge and execution of the service he provides. The Terminix agent is by far the best part of my service. Roger is above knowledgeable, he is always above professional, courteous, and prompt about everything he does. During the years of having Terminix, I have had a few other employees come to do my service. All of them have been good, never a bad experience. However if Roger was to ever leave the company I will absolutely immediately swap over to whatever new company he went to work for, no hesitation at all. Edit: After completing this review I began reading the other reviews. Terminix, whatever you do for your employees seems to be working. You can tell by all the other reviews of everyone naming their agent. I honestly would like to see a poll on who would win between this Mr Frank and Mr Roger. With that said, you guys should definitely do something extra, even if something small, for these two employees. If Frank is anything like Roger, Terminix hit the lottery twice.
