Terminix personnel have been polite, experienced, and asking the customer about problems Yes or No . They start on the problem or spray around the house as well as the house outside if needed.

Don't waste your time with this company! I paid for them to come to my house, they came the first time and only spent 20 minutes, sprayed my windows and half my base boards then left. They were supposed to come a week later and they never showed. I called to reschedule and they never showed the SECOND TIME, I RESCHEDULED AGAIN, What do you know, they didn't show up for the 3rd reschedule. Dont waste your time or money with this company.

At the beginning of 2024 we contacted Terminix because a squirrel on attic. They did not found any and cover the hole going to the outside. We sign a contract with them for termite/pest control for a year and that is where our nightmare begun. In various occasions they did not show up for the service or contacted you by email, phone or other means. They will call you and show up when they want without prior contact and they claim to have completed the service with gates locked and no access to get to the backyard. We decided to end the contract and paid the 2 month left on it so we can cancel it. It took 2 phone calls to the contract cancel, they finally came and pick up the termite traps but also the took out what they put on the hole to avoid the squirrels going into the attic and left it on the yard. At the end we ended up where we begin. Now they are trying to charge us extra money with some excuse that does not make any sense, they claim that there was a reversal of payment done by the bank which is not true after talking to the bank. This people do not know what the hell they are doing and cannot be trusted, stay away from them.

Some companies talk about having or providing good service and then you have someone like Terminix that actually provided it and actually showed great concern with making sure I was satisfied. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give Terminix a 15 from from the first contact with customer service rep to the inspector, the insurance adjuster and the people that came out to treat my house after I detected termites. I can't again explain how happy and satisfied I am with all the people with Terminix that I help me deal with this problem. I have been with Terminix since 1986 and the service has been worth every penny I paid . I would recommend Terminix to anyone who needs a pest control system. Post My Review on Google

Go with someone else. DO NOT GET TERMINEX!!! I regret getting terminex so much. Would recommend never to get involved with terminex unless you like your money being taken. We got terminex a few years ago and the start up price was $500 and something dollars which was paid right then, they came out a few days later and the guy has zero clue on what he was doing which was alarming since this was their job. Fast forward a week and they took another $500 something out of our account and said that we never paid the initial fee which was paid and we had bank statements proving that it was paid the day they first came out. It took months to get that 500 back because terminex every time we called just said they were sorry and issued the refund and it would be in our account with 7 business days but week upon week the money was never given back regardless of how many times we called and a refund was “issued” it took 2 months before we finally got that money back. Then month after month our monthly charge would change increasing or decreasing drastically and they would just slap an excuse on it and say it’s normal. Well September of this year we finally got fed up with them and canceled them. They said we would no longer be charged and if we were to let them know and we would be refunded. They took all of their stuff and we thought we were finished until we got charged twice since canceling and now we are going through their game of promising refunds and no refunds being issued. This company is an absolute joke and that isn’t even touching on the fact that three separate times they were asked to come out for flea treatment and the only showed up one of those times with a tiny aerosol can that didn’t do anything and would not schedule another visit to come out and properly treat the house. I’m usually very unproblematic because I’m a people pleaser and hate confrontation and will generally let things go but these people are stealing a lot of money and two years of this bs has been too long. We have already decided that if the refund is not issued and we have to call again the better business bureau will be notified because this is theft and there is absolutely no reason why we should be continuously charged monthly for something we no longer have. So DO NOT GET TERMINEX! Go with the more expensive option it will save you in the long run and you will be much much happier

The technician made an appointment. He notified me within an hour of the time he would be in. They were on time and checked all the stations. Notified me when they were done and let me know the results right then and there. Asked if they needed to check the house. Very nice and professional.

Our technician is absolutely amazing. He’s very respectful of our home and is friendly and professional. We especially love his knowledge and explanations of the different insects we see and how the treatment takes care of them.

We had a scheduled annual visit to check the bait stations. The tech showed up on time however, he did not have the tool to find the stations. He said they would either come back with the tool or have to install new bait stations. That was three weeks ago. I called last week (at the two week mark) and the person on the phone said someone would call me two days later to reschedule. I have not heard from them. The people across the street from us have terminix and their rep is great. I think they started with the Gulfport office and kept the same person from Gulfport when they moved to Ocean Springs. I am going to visit the terminix office next. Also, I set up an online profile and the service history is showing that they visited my house when I know they didn't. I work from home and have cameras. I would have seen them... Maybe a nap in the truck!!
