Casey checked each bait station and found that about six or seven units were completely empty. I was disappointed because another inspector had checked the outside just two months earlier and did not replace the empty units. Thank God for Mr. Casey for doing his job thoroughly and correctly. This morning, January 16, 2026, at approximately 6:50 a.m., I experienced an alarming and dangerous incident involving one of your drivers. The driver was traveling in the area of AL-217 (Lott Road) and Highland Road and drove in a reckless manner that nearly caused a collision with my vehicle. After almost hitting me, the driver continued for less than a mile before pulling off the road. This behavior was extremely unsafe and put lives at risk. Being late to work is not a valid reason to endanger other motorists. I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. Thank you for taking this concern seriously.

In addition he calls before he arrives. Mr. Williams took time and patiently pointed out areas around our home which needed attention. The technician called to advise me that he was enroute to my home. Upon arrival he called to announce his arrival and would ring the doorbell when ready to enter for inside inspection. Very polite, professional and thorough. After completion, he cleaned the insulation that had fallen during his attic inspection. After giving my home a clean bill of no termites and my signing to acknowledge his inspection and no signs of termite activity, he emailed this information and made sure I had received it before he left.
