Excellent customer service. They spend time explaining everything to you . They came back even a few days after a full service just to help me with spiders in my garage. The secretary is also wonderful. The agents are just a wealth of knowledge and always take time to make sure all of my answers are answered. They’re not pushy to sell me anything but they do know their craft very well and can explain the benefits of different services with clarity. Great job!

I had my first service with Orkin today, and I was genuinely impressed. The Orkin Pro was professional from start to finish, took the time to walk me through the service agreement before getting started, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. They were thorough, respectful, and easy to talk to. I also had a Home Service Inspector come out for a free inspection because I had concerns about termites. They didn’t just give a quick answer and move on. They carefully inspected the home, reassured me there was no issue, and backed it up with clear explanations, photos, and practical recommendations. I appreciated that they also took the time to educate me on prevention, which shows they’re thinking long-term, not just about the sale. What stood out most was the integrity. There was no pressure, no upselling, just honest, high-quality service. Highly recommend Orkin. Well done.

Squirrel s had invaded our attic. The site of entrance was found and photographed by CJ. Mark followed up and installed screens which would prevent further pest damage and occupancy. Both of these men were polite, efficient and professional. They knew their jobs and did it well.
