Squirrel s had invaded our attic. The site of entrance was found and photographed by CJ. Mark followed up and installed screens which would prevent further pest damage and occupancy. Both of these men were polite, efficient and professional. They knew their jobs and did it well. It is our second pest event with Orkin , (wasp nest removal) and we will definitely recommend their services.

Apparently we have a "cluttered" yard, some things too close to the house. She said there's nothing we can do outside because of the clutter. Hmmm. She walked around inside the house and decided there was too much "clutter" in here too. Hmmm. She said she left 'some' (glue) traps .. I've only found one. The website said part of their $172 visit would include finding and fixing holes and gaps. Hmmm. No mention of that effort by the representative (translates to - she didn't do anything in that regard). At minimum I thought they'd go under the house. No mention of that. "We're not miracle workers" she said. I'll give them one more visit, next month, and if things don't change/improve I'll cancel the service. $56 month I can spend on what I know works, even if only temporarily. So far disappointed. Hope it improves.

We have had Orkin treating our new home for the past year. The technician is very polite but is not very thorough. When he was first starting with the company his supervisor came out with him and talked him through what he should be doing. Since then he consistently does about 1/3 of that. He actually told me that he sometimes forgets to do things. He also has done exterior treatments several times to our neighbor’s house who are not Orkin customers instead of our house. Our house number is clearly displayed on the mailbox at the entrance to our driveway which is distinctly separate from our neighbors. The mosquito treatment also is ineffective but, that may be because it’s not being done properly as I understand it. Essentially we are paying for services that we are not receiving. I’ve left several messages for someone to call me back with no response, and when I finally did get a response via email, I asked to have a different technician and was told they couldn’t accommodate me. We also initially signed up for termite prevention. The installer put the system in at our neighbors house by mistake. They did come back and install our system after I called to inquire why no one showed up at the scheduled appointment time. We will keep the termite service since it’s already been paid for the year but I’ve cancelled our other service. They don’t seem to care that they’ve lost us as a customer. Very disappointed because we used Orkin at a previous home for years and were very satisfied. Update- Orkin sent an email asking me to contact them based on this review. I have left 3 messages with them with NO response. No follow up email, no return call.

Brandon Zea Contreras came out to my house to spray. Brandon was a very nice guy, very knowledgeable and was overall a very pleasant person to speak to. My sister was with me and when he stated that he has celiac disease my sister said she just recently got diagnosed with it and he was very helpful in telling her what products he recommended and what stores have the best selection of gluten free products. Brandon is very much a credit to orkin.
