Terrible experience. Orkin came out for a scheduled maintenance visit and nothing was done. After we followed up, they sent another technician out—but to the wrong address, which was somehow added to our account without our knowledge. To make matters worse, whoever was at that address signed on our behalf. We still do not have a technician properly scheduled. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a complete waste of time. Very disappointed.

I have used Orkin for several years at work. Rohan (and occasionally others) have taken such wonderful care of us. So, when I found a pest issue in the home I just purchased, I knew exactly who to call. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was absolutely amazing. I wish I could remember his name, because he deserves a shout out!! Just a pleasure to speak with and so incredibly knowledgeable. Darnell came out the next day. He was super professional, but also very kind and friendly. He inspected inside and out, answered all of my ridiculous questions, and went above and beyond to take care of some little things in the house for me. Another gentleman came out to inspect the attic. Also super professional and kind. They offered me several different options to fit my budget & I felt like they truly cared about resolving my issues. Amazing service all around! Highly recommended!

Wow. We recently renovated a home and had plenty of contractor visits. By far, orkin sticks out as our favorite among many services. Doug, our inspector, did an extremely thorough look through every nook and cranny for over an hour detailing his findings and not rushing the process. We proceeded with a service and 3 wonderful techs came out (Joey D, Mason G and Danny G) and kept the experience, delivering on everything that was discussed at the sale and even going above and beyond to ensure we had a full and complete job. They communicated throughout the sale and work everything being done so that we understood clearly the entire service. Thanks Orkin Fredericksburg!

Saves the day!!!!! This never happens the technician said. He and his trainee caught a 5 fr snake at my house. He was able to identify the snake has just left fresh poop so it had to be out so they went around the back yard and there it was!!!!!! I’m so grateful Michelle did our prevention needs and Tom Wigginton and Doug Frank are my heros!!!! Outstanding job
