Don’t consider these folks for vermin control. Maybe they’re competent with insects - I don’t know. They have zero clue about the behaviors of rodents and no realistic plans for eliminating them. After 4 frustrating months, we switched to another provider and had excellent results within 2 weeks.

Horrible service a bunch of liars. The manager was supposed to call to help out my business and I’ve waited all day for no call. Nobody cares to listen and my business is getting bad views from people because orkin can’t do its job well enough for us. Paying so much money every month only to be left with little dishes that we could buy from the store ourselves for 100th of the price we pay. Never again. A bunch of rip offs

Fantastic experience. Matt was thorough, attentive, concerned, and did an outstanding job answering my questions and explaining the process and next steps to rid our mice under the house. Matt crawled every length of our low crawl space, took photos, and found evidence of mouse intrusion in multiple places (and even a live one!). I was seriously worried about this mouse problem. Matt put my mind at ease and now we FINALLY have an idea how they're getting in so we can fix it! Matt will be back to check the traps in a few days, help us with exclusion, and do follow-ups per our contract. I am SO relieved. I highly recommend Orkin and especially working with Matt on the Olympic Peninsula.

Just had our first service with Trevor. He was pretty awesome and appreciate all the help he gave today! We moved into our new home a few weeks ago and the day we got the keys turned into an ant fueled nightmare! Our best guess is the former owners tenants left a nice gift for us in the form of ant infested appliances, bedrooms, garage, laundry room and kitchen dining area. The floors where literally moving! Im hopefully that everything Trevor did today will get rid of this problem! Ill provide and update in a few weeks! But for now we are grateful!

Very dissatisfied with everything that has happened after the initial visit that resolved my issue, follow up visits routinely scheduled without my approval or knowledge on days I was at work so I could not grant access to the home. Regularly receiving bills for services I did not get because of this issue, I canceled my services and still got hit with a bill. Very frustrating company to work with.

David came to take care of a good sized yellow jacket nest in the attic space above our baby’s closet ceiling. He was polite and friendly. He will be back in a week to make sure there are no survivors.

I hired this company for pest control to deal with a cockroach problem around my property. Unfortunately, their service didn’t improve the situation, and the cockroaches persisted. They seemed more focused on collecting monthly payments than on actually solving the problem, and their work felt rushed and ineffective.On their last visit, there were some items around the house, and I asked if I should remove them to help them do a more thorough job. They told me it wasn’t necessary and that everything could stay as it was, which made it clear that they weren’t really interested in ensuring quality service. When I decided to cancel the service, they continued to charge my card for two more months. Later they reported unpaid charges to collection company. I contacted their customer service and requested to speak with a supervisor, and though the representative assured me that a supervisor would get in touch, no one ever contacted me. Overall, I was disappointed with their lack of attention to detail and the results and poor customer service.

I’ve so far had nothing but great things to say. I had a whole flea problem that was persistent since my floors are completely unsealed. I called them after months of losing my mind, and they were honestly so kind. When I called I was a little hysterical, I have a whole flea phobia. They were very kind, and were out within the next few days. They offered next day, but I couldn’t take time from work. They’re fast! I had a few fleas pop up in between my first 2 treatments, called, and they were out the second I was available to spray again. After 3 hits, we are clear!!! They come for free in between scheduled visits if you have any issues. The only weird thing is that you’re seen every other month, but you pay every month. I was VERY confused and the lovely woman I spoke to had to explain it to me 3 times before I understood! Just keep that in mind, they aren’t charging you for a service that wasn’t performed. I was charged half in June, and the other half in July. They came in June and will again in August. It looks really funky, and definitely seems suspicious if you don’t know! They aren’t scamming you, they just don’t fully explain that. Or maybe they did, and I just lost all of that in my little brain. Either way, if you need the Bug Man, Orkin is the people to call. Fast service, professional, and it WORKS!!!!!!!!!!! If your Orkin treatment isn’t working, chances are you aren’t following their instructions. You gotta help them help you! Thanks, Orkin! Edit: special shout out for TREVOR! I love that they send me the same bug man each time. It’s hard to have multiple strangers service your home, and I feel so comfortable and confident leaving Trevor in my home to service it. He does a great job, answers my questions, and I just love the “personal” touch of having the same bug man!!

The Technicians that come to your home are so great! I have had 3 different Technicians. They were all so professional, kind and their attention to detail was very muck appreciated.
