We have tried other pest control companies such as Insight in our area and did not receive the personal attention or explanations of the species of pests that are in our area. Our tech always texts us when he is coming and shares what he has found. When we've seen the technicians at our home they have been able to explain everything to us in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Orkin is the best we have experienced and we are very happy with their ability to keep our home free from the pests that are specific to our area. They are truly experts in their field. We use them in our house in Arizona as well after we've received great service in WA. I highly recommend Orkin to protect your home and keep your family safe.

I called to set up services and the woman I spoke with was really nice and got us scheduled right away. I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but she was awesome! They had appointments the next business day. The technician, Trevor, was also really nice and professional. He showed up on time and ready to work. Our dog even thought he was really nice. He respected our children’s play area. And he asked me what I would like which was awesome compared to other companies I have hired before. I saw he was very thorough outside, too. A couple of spots outside were no longer there and I didn’t have to show him where they were. Glad I called them! Edit: 2/22/25 still 5/5. We have had scheduled service with Haley as our tech for a while now and she is always kind to us and thorough. When we had wood ants show up, she was committed to ending them and has been diligent with following up and making sure they have stayed that way. She also is very kind and patient with our pets and kids when she is treating our home outside or when we had her come inside for the wood ants. Professional, always on time, and does a great job!

I have been really pleased with Orkin service. I needed them quickly for rodent concerns and they came out the next day.,Service is probably more expensive than other companies and you have to sign a year contract but so far very pleased. Josh my exterminator has been awesome! They come out within 48 hr of my concerns so far

Very smooth transaction, we had a service date within two days from initial contact, very friendly and professional technician named Joshua, our pest problem was solved without any issues. We were kept informed by Orkin about the process regularly. We had a yellow jacket nest inside a roof structure over our deck. Orkin was a very reliable and professional company to get this done with.

My daughter must have brought German cockroaches back with her after a trip to Hawaii. Once we realized, it was too late. My wife was very clear that a professional needed to be called immediately. Orkin was exactly that. Customer service was informative, and understanding. An appointment was made within a couple days. When the exterminator arrived he explained what we had, how we probably got them, and the process they were going to take to get rid of them. We noticed right away the decrease in roaches. It took 3 appointments (1 per month) to be completely rid of the roaches. 3 months seems like a long time but they explained eggs are still hatching when the adults are gone. My wife and I are very happy with the service that we received from Orkin.

Wes is always so great! Since he’s been working on our property, a couple years now, we haven’t had any major issues. When I do have a minor one, ants, he took care of it quickly and efficiently!! Highly recommend.
