He was super helpful, patient, very kind, and extremely understanding. He has also treated my entire apartment for ants and has continuously checked on my apartment for the last couple of weeks to put treatment down for future termites. James and the Orkin team are great, I highly recommend!!

Sign up was confusing, they ended up signing up for two separate services without our knowledge. I had people randomly showing up to do services without my knowledge. I called to tell them I didn’t approve of their services and that I didn’t want to be charged. They assured me I wouldn’t be billed. The next day I was billed. Stay away.

After having had the service for 1-yr, I had to find another provider. I contracted for mice control for a 2000sf townhome in Fairfax VA. After the initial treatment during which they charged $1200 for insulation replacement and spraying, the problem came back several months later. Despite I was on a 1-yr contract and paying 65 each month, I was told that I need to pay separate for spraying or other mice control work. It only covers for glue traps I suppose. Their goal seems to be charging for each extra service without really solving mice problem. Im disappointed.

Don’t hire them. They are expensive, not professional and have left an absolute mess everywhere. We hired them over two weeks ago for a rat problem in our basement. They talked us into insulation in the crawl space and re-doing insulation in the attic (preventative, no evidence of rats or mice there) with removal of the old. The exclusion was unsuccessful, the rats just dug new holes and they have not come by to fix those. On top, they had me clean out the space first. Plus, the first team has dropped a paint bucket in the basement and roughly cleaned the surface but left the tiles, wall and grout stained without informing me as if I wouldn’t notice. The attic is even worse, with insulation covering entirely everything that was left up there plus it rained through the A/C vents into our bedrooms below. This was left as is, making the space and everything within basically unusable. This is not only a hazard to us, but also to our 9 month old baby that has now rashes all over her back. If this is the way they work for 8k, then I would have at least liked to be informed about the mess in order to take preventative measures prior myself (close the vents, remove all items in the attic). The inspector, Bonnie, is aware and I have been trying to get each issue fixed for several days now, but see no urgency from their side. I have also tried to reach the supervisor and branch manager Stephen, but also he has not showed any courage to contact me. I am dreading being forced to sign up for their mosquito service subscription on top of all.
