The technicians and managers seem to be on entirely different pages. The technicians are consistently no-shows, and we have to repeatedly call to reschedule missed spray appointments. Orkin termite division came without scheduling or calling in advance. Not happy! We weren’t home when they came. We don’t like people on our property without calling or notifying us first. I only knew they were here by my ring camera. I called Orkin afterwards and asked them to call me to re-schedule at a mutually convenient time. I have not received a call, yet! I am a long time Western/Orkin customer. I should be respected and treated better! I am very happy with the pest division. Great inspector and service ( by Sharma). The termite division not so much. I need to consider if I will continue this service ( or lack there of). I can’t believe they keep sending surveys to rate their (service??). I don’t even know what the did.
