Very unhappy! Visited our home, no call, text or email advising they were coming. We were away in SC, taking care of our son after his surgery. Property has fenced and locked backyard. Neighbor watching our property called to advise two men were walking on the side of the house appearing to be looking at our heat pump and our fence. Neighbor could not see our driveway to determine who was there. We were just about to call the police. Luckily I called several businesses that might have a reason to be on property. All, including Orkin, have been advised they must speak with me by phone or text to get my verbal approval as we need to be home to give them access to the backyard. Their file is supposed to be so noted. Orkin confirmed their people had been there and said we should have received an email. We didn't and no verbal approval was given!

Carlos respectfully listened to our concerns, and then took corrective action as necessary. He was articulate and knew the appropriate questions to ask. We wished that he had had a step ladder to look around the attic for mice and other animals. We also had to ask to have the internal house sprayed. We were interested in doing a complete protective service the first time, and felt that should have been part of their service protocol.

I called for an inspection because we had mice in the house. Orkin was super responsive and sent someone out 2 hrs after I called. He did a thorough inspection and set traps. The only problem I had is my house was sprayed for bugs when I clearly said no multiple times. I do not have a bug problem and declined for him to spray inside or outside multiple times yet I found him spraying outside around my house. He continued to do so when I asked him not to. I will be cancelling my service agreement since I cant trust these people not to come back and do treatments without consent.

As always...5 Stars for Patrick. He always does a thorough job. We have had some other guys come on occasion when Patrick is not available, and not one of them performs as well as Patrick. He is so good, that I would like to request that Patrick is the only one that gets sent out here. If he is not available at the time of the next scheduled service, we would rather wait for Patrick to be available, rather than having someone else stop out. We have been using Orkin for the last 3 years. Very happy with our service. No more bugs creeping in when the seasons change.

Excellent tech. This is a rental. They aren’t easy to manage with any kind of delousing The tenant insisted there were fleas. Frankly I’m not sure there were… nor was your tech. First off, I never write reviews on here. BUT this one is worth it. I can’t say enough good things about the one technician Carlos. He truly went above and beyond. I live by myself and I’ve been getting cockroaches in my place. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying to fix the problem myself and even tried a few other companies with no luck. Carlos actually took the time to walk around with me to find areas where they could be coming from and even explained to me their nature and what environments they like. He was reassuring and got the job done. GREAT customer service! Highly recommend!
