I’m dealing with a fly issue at my house which I know is hard to diagnose. They sent an inspector out after I kept calling and pushing because the inspector never called me. She was super nice when she came out. She gave me her business card and said call me if you need anything. She assured me I would have the best of the best coming out that week. He came to my house that Friday and flat out told me look this is a hard thing to diagnose and he was clueless and said so I don’t know why they did this and that. I also text the inspector the same day prior to his visit and no response even though she said reach out to me if you need anything. I’m done after the contract is up. I switched from cooper to orkin and I regret it.

ORKIN MAN to the rescue! We had 2 wasps nests in out attic and when our local pest company didn't want to help we called Orkin. In less than 24 hours the wasps were taken care of. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly took care of our wasp problem. We are very happy with the service and will definitely call them again if we ever have a pest problem. From spraying, putting down traps, patchwork & she even found a dead rat in our basement; where she also removed it from our home. Crystal was very efficient & prompt. The sales consultant Brian Hunt was awesome. He explained the process in detail and educated us in the way of termites. The day of the service was scheduled between 8am - 12pm but the technician Andrew ran late due to another clients job. He was very professional in performing the job once he arrived. Overall we were very satisfied.

We had an indoor bug treatment plan. Their system would automatically schedule appointments without a care for our work schedules. So I’d have to call and cancel or reschedule every time. On top of that, their mosquito treatment barely worked. They advertise that we can call anytime in between our scheduled appointments to have them come out if we need it. However, when I could get a hold of someone, they often can’t come out for weeks which is essentially when our next treatment would be anyway. Getting in touch with them is also extremely difficult. I’d often be put on hold for 30+ minutes just to ask simple questions or to reschedule. Even their corporate office couldn’t get through to anyone. A paid service shouldn’t be as frustrating as the Bensalem branch makes it. The only good thing about this branch is their service tech Frank. But we hadn’t gotten him for a while so I don’t even know if he’s still with them.

The working Man showed up right on time. He was very nice he even put booties on his shoe so he wouldn't get the carpet dirty. He explained exactly what he was doing, answered all my questions and he was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

My initial review was from our first service. The tech guys who come out are incredible, very knowledgable and professional. The customer service however is terrible! How do you market, "we will come out when you call" but don't have appointments for 5 days. Then have the audacity to say, "you're lucky I could find you that." We have something caught in a trap in a very awkward space and want to utilize the service we pay for to have them come and dispose of it-this would take less then 5 minutes Horrible. Looking for another provider ASAP. It sucks we need the service but I’m so pleased with it. Ron is the actual best. He’s so attentive and thorough. For my next appointment I will only request him!
