We had TWO visits today within 24 hours of 1st contact! An inspector (Alex?) and the Pest Control Treatment performed by Antonio. Both were very, very friendly, professional, and open about what they were doing, both were very knowledgeable. Both also provided very useful advice about our pest problems. The service was promised for 10am - 12noon and both arrived as scheduled. We have indoor-only cats and both Techs assured us they could help rid our home of pests without any risk to our pets. Overall we are very happy with our Orkin experience, answering our phone call on a Sunday, providing both professionals to arrive the next morning. We would look forward to working with Orkin's people should we need any service in the future. Highly recommended. York, Pennsylvania. Marco is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He has made living on a creek nice without the extreme of bugs by the water. We've been using Orkin for about 1 1/2 years now. They treat inside & outside of my property. Everyone has always been very nice & extremely helpful. Where I live we have problems with lots of spiders. Since using Orkin I've only seen a few here & there. They're extremely thorough with treatments & actually take their time. I love that I have the option a to call them in between scheduled treatments if needed. I haven't had to but love that I can if need be. They're very flexible with scheduling & rescheduling. I've had to reschedule twice before & they were absolutely understanding. Thankfully I was able to let them know when I wanted to reschedule for & got right on the schedule for that day. I would absolutely recommend them ?

Normally the service is decent but this month they continue to disappoint. We had to reschedule our appointment because our house had Covid, the new date and time was set, we got all the text verifications of service between 2-4 and then they were a no call no show. Left a voicemail and never got a return call just another text with another date and a huge window of 8-3 on a Saturday they still were a no call no show. Our security cameras saw the individual showed up outside the time window and therefore no one was home. Disappointed in the customer service and communication especially with such a large time window on a Saturday, near the Holidays. Who has time to sit around and wait 7 hours just for no one to show up?!?
