Terrible customer service. Shows up whenever and doesn’t notify you. Put my animal in harms way. When asked for the manager or email address of the manager they would not let me speak to them. They tried to charge my card as well without authorization even after I canceled. When I called to address this, the office person was rude. Said I owed them money. I let her know that wasn’t clearly stated to me when I canceled. She said they did try to offer me a service and I declined. I said yes of course I declined if I want to cancel but if you’re saying I owe money when I didn’t get service. I am not paying until I receive full service. Would not transfer me to a manager or give me a number to call. Just awful and a money grab. You can buy the products yourself and place them. Don’t waste your time and energy. Updating on 1/18/2026- still yet to receive a call from the manager and they have now been sending me “collection” notices and are trying to charge my card everyday. They are ignoring my emails to them. Such a scam, no customer service. Do not sign up with this branch!!! They try to steal your money. Do not believe the comment they left under this review. All fake.

Worse office to deal with (Bensalem, PA). We signed up for service in July 2025 and due to rain tgwy copied not do outside. They never came to complete outside. 2.5 months later they scheduled for quaterly service which we never called to schedule. They claimed they came to complete our service and charged us almost $200 and when I called the lady at the office lied ok multiple occasions to tell me they did come and complete it. When I confronted her lies to tell her our house is fenced and fence was locked and no one came to knock how did they complete that service. She then told me they had to do what was available which was only our front front porch meanwhile we have spider web all over our front porch and left them there on purpose to see how far they will carry their lies. She refused to give her name and kept disrupting me like I was the one lying. This office has no management and when you call only one person wilm pick up and she basically acted like she was not the one taking to me and her I called last week and said I don’t know who you talked to and there is nothing documented. And FYI if you have to deal with these people make sure to record your conversation because the lady clearly told me today that their text messages are not being monitored and she does not have record of them calling even for VM. Great for customer service if you don’t have conversation record. They are so incompetent. Please hire another company because this company is such a fraud and will charge you for service that never took place.

At first i was a little disappointed in the service I received from the orkin employee. I had expectations that the dead and live ladybugs would be removed from my home during the service visit. The employee stared at me and kept on spraying without an answer when i asked if he could help remove them. I was left with live bugs crawling in my home. I called back to explain everything and was referred for Patrick C. to be sent out as he was more experienced per the operator on the phone. He arrived the next day. I showed him how the previous guy sprayed the home and unfortunately was told it was the wrong way and not done correctly. Patrick was very thorough opened all the windows and sprayed every corner in and outside the home, along with other areas as needed. He even went the extra mile to grab a tool to help get rid of some bugs i couldn't reach on a high ceiling window to clean up and get rid of them. After Patrick's visit I started noticing lots of more bugs around the house dead and able to clean them up. I am very relieved that my home seems to be bug free now for a couple days since his visit and happy with the service. I will be requesting Patrick for now on. Orkin should be proud to have such a valuable employee.

This Orkin technician/Exterminator was very detailed and informative. I believe his name is Darren Alexander. Darren did above and beyond. Matt from Orkin bensalem is absolutely outstanding! He handled my rodent extermination with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. He was very informative, explained everything thoroughly, and provided excellent customer service. What really impressed me is that he even went above and beyond by helping with another property through another agent. Matt truly knows his job and does it extremely well. If I could request anyone from Orkin, I would always ask for him. He deserves more than 5 stars. He deserves 5 stars plus! Highly recommend Matt every time.

I was truly excited about my service when I booked my appointment due to the experience that my sister received with Orkin and I Went in, hoping for the same experience. Well, that was truly not the case. Although my technician seemed very knowledgeable and was truly kind. It seems as though he was rushing. He didn’t take his time and check for holes like he said he would. He sprayed a few areas in my home. When he told me that he was almost finished, he just had to put down the bait boxes down. I asked him was he planning on doing the basement and I was told if you would like me too. I was a little confused because I thought there was already a part of the services for them to do the basement as well. When he put down the boxes, he never put the bait in the actual boxes and a whole bag of bait was left behind. So now I have boxes with no bait in them and because I don’t know how to open up the boxes myself and add the bait. I Followed up with customer service the next day when I noticed that the boxes were empty. I was told that a manager would get in contact with me the next Business day. I’ve called a few times and still have not received a call back from a manager. I’m truly disappointed my service Especially when I paid my money and the job was not completed.

Amazing service from Matt! I ended up canceling last minute since my gnat issue was already improving, but he had no problem with it and still went above and beyond. He took extra time to explain different ways to fully get rid of them, which my wife and I truly appreciated. His professionalism and care stood out—far better than my past experiences with other pest services, including Orkin. Thank you, Matt, for the outstanding service. You guys are truly the best!
