Had the initial service and also an inspection for general bugs and seeing where things are getting in etc. Two men came out for the 2 separate services. I don't know yet about the "pest " control as I know it takes a bit after spraying. But I can say that two men, Salot and Brian couldn't have been any more personable and knowledgeable than they were. Both were thorough in explaining and doing their job. I felt like I knew them for awhile they were so easy to talk to. It was a pleasure for sure.

Highly recommend Orkin for inspection services. The representative was on time, professional and worked efficiently. A thorough home review was done and i was very satisfied with the outcome. Payment and getting my inspection report was also seamless. After this experience I signed up for bi monthly preventative services.

Ajani was great! He did our routine spray and we moved all our furniture and got the basement ready for him to do a thorough spray! He also set up our mosquito treatment for our yard which is all concrete and explained thoroughly how it’s used! He was great! We love our orkin services!

I was having an issue with mice. My two service men arrived today on time. They were polite, professional and took the time to explain to my issue. They offered tips and helpful suggestions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with moth a mice problem… reliable, effective and knowledgable.

I original had Orkin come out to spray for centipedes, then for termite prevention, then for mice in my attic. Everyone from people who answered the phones, to the exterminator, then to the exclusion team for mice have been so friendly and polite. The guys from the exclusion team who got rid of the mice and put new insulation down were awesome. They were professional and polite. They respected me and my property. They made sure to protect my property and did an awesome job cleaning up after they were finished. They answered all my questions and went out of their way to help me. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I most definitely highly recommend Orkin. The people I dealt with were from the Bensalem office. Awesome job everyone, and thank you again!!

Terrible customer service. Shows up whenever and doesn’t notify you. Put my animal in harms way. When asked for the manager or email address of the manager they would not let me speak to them. They tried to charge my card as well without authorization even after I canceled. When I called to address this, the office person was rude. Said I owed them money. I let her know that wasn’t clearly stated to me when I canceled. She said they did try to offer me a service and I declined. I said yes of course I declined if I want to cancel but if you’re saying I owe money when I didn’t get service. I am not paying until I receive full service. Would not transfer me to a manager or give me a number to call. Just awful and a money grab. You can buy the products yourself and place them. Don’t waste your time and energy. Updating on 1/18/2026- still yet to receive a call from the manager and they have now been sending me “collection” notices and are trying to charge my card everyday. They are ignoring my emails to them. Such a scam, no customer service. Do not sign up with this branch!!! They try to steal your money. Do not believe the comment they left under this review. All fake.

Worse office to deal with (Bensalem, PA). We signed up for service in July 2025 and due to rain tgwy copied not do outside. They never came to complete outside. 2.5 months later they scheduled for quaterly service which we never called to schedule. They claimed they came to complete our service and charged us almost $200 and when I called the lady at the office lied ok multiple occasions to tell me they did come and complete it. When I confronted her lies to tell her our house is fenced and fence was locked and no one came to knock how did they complete that service. She then told me they had to do what was available which was only our front front porch meanwhile we have spider web all over our front porch and left them there on purpose to see how far they will carry their lies. She refused to give her name and kept disrupting me like I was the one lying. This office has no management and when you call only one person wilm pick up and she basically acted like she was not the one taking to me and her I called last week and said I don’t know who you talked to and there is nothing documented. And FYI if you have to deal with these people make sure to record your conversation because the lady clearly told me today that their text messages are not being monitored and she does not have record of them calling even for VM. Great for customer service if you don’t have conversation record. They are so incompetent. Please hire another company because this company is such a fraud and will charge you for service that never took place.

At first i was a little disappointed in the service I received from the orkin employee. I had expectations that the dead and live ladybugs would be removed from my home during the service visit. The employee stared at me and kept on spraying without an answer when i asked if he could help remove them. I was left with live bugs crawling in my home. I called back to explain everything and was referred for Patrick C. to be sent out as he was more experienced per the operator on the phone. He arrived the next day. I showed him how the previous guy sprayed the home and unfortunately was told it was the wrong way and not done correctly. Patrick was very thorough opened all the windows and sprayed every corner in and outside the home, along with other areas as needed. He even went the extra mile to grab a tool to help get rid of some bugs i couldn't reach on a high ceiling window to clean up and get rid of them. After Patrick's visit I started noticing lots of more bugs around the house dead and able to clean them up. I am very relieved that my home seems to be bug free now for a couple days since his visit and happy with the service. I will be requesting Patrick for now on. Orkin should be proud to have such a valuable employee.

My experience was very very good. I would like to have him to come back for my next visit. Marcus was very good and what he did I think that’s what his name was but he was very good and he was on time and he knew just what he was doing and I appreciate that.

My experience with Orkin Exterminator are always Good. This particular time 11/04/2025, Was the best job I ever received from them. This Orkin technician/Exterminator was very detailed and informative. I believe his name is Darren Alexander. Darren did above and beyond. The most important detail was his knowledge and informative information. Thank you so much Orkin as a pleasure doing business with you..
