Disappointed in how this company is run. I called the number listed on Google for 3 visits last year. When the person came by to spray, they asked for a signature and I verified that I was signed up for what we discussed on the phone. Unfortunately, that was not the case and they are now charging for a year of service that I NEVER requested in the first place. If you want to get ripped off in this economy, feel free to contact this company.

Dear people Don't use the EXCLUSION SERVICE AT ORKIN. IT'S A rip off. They charge me $2,100 to leave rats trapped off in my basement. And wanted to charge me more money to remove the rats they left in my basement. Plus they charge me for outside services that they never done it's on my contract

There are so many things I like about this company. When I called I had a professional on the phone with the compassion of a sort of friend. When I called I was expecting to be waiting for service a week or two out, but no I was greatly surprised when they fit me in the next day with a time that was convenient for me. Everything that I needed to do was explained. When the technician came he was on time and very friendly. He asked if I understood everything that needed to be done, I said yes and he explained how I couldn't be in the house for several hours. I felt good about leaving this man in my home without me supervising. I recommend this company the price was affordable but what was better is that my issue is solved. Thank you again.

ORKIN is a fantastic service! They have been incredibly responsive when scheduling/confirming service days and answering any questions we have had. They always show up and they have never missed a service. Our service tech Tim has been such a great source of information and always so friendly. When I have called the office I have always had a wonderful experience! Everyone treats you like family and not just a number. Thank you for being so wonderful! So far, so good. Ethan was extremely polite and professional. He went out if his way to make sure I understood everything. Since our first treatment was just completed, we are hoping to see results in a few days (may require several treatments). We definitely have an abundance of yellowjackets. The customer service over the phone was also excellent. I would definitely recommend.
