Mike was amazing at treating my yellow jacket infestation! He was very thorough and even saw a couple of wasp nests that I didn’t know about. He explained everything he was doing and advised me on how things would be over the next day or so. Very knowledgeable and has an awesome personality! Highly recommend…5 stars for sure!

Two years ago, I had a hoard of spotted lantern flies on the brick and soffit just under the roof of the house. Last year I did not see them, but this year they started coming back. Before the hoard came again, I wanted that area of the house treated as a preventative measure. The office representative said that a technician will come with a ladder and the area can be treated for the lantern flies. The representative further clarified that the lantern flies will have to be in contact with the pesticide for a period of time for it to be effective. I was satisfied with the condition since they tended to congregate there for hours. However, when the technician came, he said there is no treatment for lantern flies on a house. He said Orkin can treat them in trees and bushes. I was not a happy camper, given the two different stories I was told between the office and technician. Orkin personnel should have a uniform understanding of what pests can be treated, how they can be treated, and under what conditions. Customers should not be given false hope.

This rating is NOT for John T, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my initial inspection. He was friendly and professional and very informative and put our minds at ease... However, this rating is for the company as a whole as my first experience with them left me waiting around all day for a no call no-show work ethic. If things improve, I will update this post once my services are completed by week's end. *UPDATE* Tim made contact with me before my appointment and showed at the top of the time slot window! A very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough person. He even made a follow up appointment right then and there for ultimate effectiveness. Great experience!

Ive been working with Orkin for the last ~2 months and have only great feedback. My regular tech, Michael, keeps me up to date on treatments he’s applying during house calls; he’s always on time if not early and transparent in all of his communications. Anytime I need a call outside of my regular schedule, he’s able to get here promptly. I’m so grateful for the peace of mind that Orkin provides in keeping critters out during these warming months!

Disappointed in how this company is run. I called the number listed on Google for 3 visits last year. When the person came by to spray, they asked for a signature and I verified that I was signed up for what we discussed on the phone. Unfortunately, that was not the case and they are now charging for a year of service that I NEVER requested in the first place. If you want to get ripped off in this economy, feel free to contact this company.

Dear people Don't use the EXCLUSION SERVICE AT ORKIN. IT'S A rip off. They charge me $2,100 to leave rats trapped off in my basement. And wanted to charge me more money to remove the rats they left in my basement. Plus they charge me for outside services that they never done it's on my contract
