We've been having issues with yellow jackets for 2 months and have not been able to resolve them on our own. Finally called the professionals. Dan who took our call was pleasant, caring, and not pushy. Vidal who came out to perform the service, arrived early, listened to our concerns, answered questions, and wasn't bothered by us asking continued questions throughout the service. He was even considerate of us going back in the house before starting treatment to prevent us getting stung! Hope not to need y'all again, but will request Vidal every time!

Great service!!! Came out right away and treated house with pesticide that is supposed to be safe to humans &pets. We are sooo grateful to have a professional company like this help us out with our issue. It wasn’t a very large issue (not an infestation), but nonetheless, we are so happy that we called Orkin.

Orkin service is worth it. We have had this service for several years. We decided to stop service a few years back and our issues of ants, spiders, etc came back. We will never stop service again! We are very pleased with Brian who has been doing our service for quite sometime. He is very friendly, very thorough, and remembers all the extra places I like to be sprayed. The perimeter is done, as well as the garage, screened in patio, and house. Highly recommend. Any issues in-between 3 month sprays, they will come out no extra charge.

I just had to cancel my service. I had service on 6/10 and a week later I found a massive wasps nest hanging from my bedroom window. I called to ask why it wasn't treated or I wasn't at least notified and I was told wasps are not included in my quarterly service. It's common human decency to let me know the wasps nest is there and present options. My kids play in that yard and I would have gladly paid to have it removed. I checked the quarterly report and it shows my windows were treated and also shows Orkin was servicing my property for 13 minutes. My security cameras show he was walking toward my house at 12:58 and walked back to his truck at 1:02. I paid $163 for 5 minutes and couldn't even get a heads up about the wasps nest. Do yourself a favor, find a different provider!
