Well, just had my first appointment so we’ll see how things go. What I can comment on was (the tech who came out) Domenic Dunston’s professionalism and thoroughness. That, plus his general demeanor, friendly and attentive, was a pleasure. I understand that this is a process, so with expectations communicated, I’ll look forward to the results over the first two or three appointments it may take to see the greatest positive change. ;)

There were two great guys that came. There were 3 wasps in my living room when they arrived and they got into action immediately getting them out through the window! They went outside and did a thorough inspection of the whole house. Found several hives in the eaves of my roof, my outdoor light sconce, and then found tons of them flying around my chimney. They had to call into their office because they needed a really tall ladder. Another guy came and he got up on my steep roof and sprayed everything. Found out that the screen protector into the chimney had deteriorated. He then went to the other side of the roof and checked my other chimney and said the screen protector was good there. While he was on the roof, one of the other guys sprayed all around the house. They found several different types of bees around my house. The service is guaranteed for 30 days so they will be back in two weeks to spray again. I’m a very satisfied customer! Hopefully everything will go just as well when they return! I wish I could remember their names because they deserve accolades! I think two of them were Bradley and Daniel.
