I’m given five stars today strictly on my experience with Dylan, the tech whom treated my property. He was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, concerned, informative and seemed to be very educated and honed in on his job. I definitely learned more today than I anticipated. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the dishonesty from the lady I spoke with today when I called into the office as a new customer. She misled me even after asking several times was this a contract, and she repeatedly stated no, that’s what sets us aside from the other companies. But I found that not to be true and put Dylan in a very uncomfortable place as I had everything she stated on paper ,on the table where I spoke to Dylan initially before my first treatment. And despite not being happy or comfortable with what the young lady did in the office, I was having faith in Dylan. He reassured me that any issues I may have with treatments , that they would stand by their word and come back out at any given time if I saw continuous activity. Thank you Dylan 🙌🏻 YOU ROCK!!😊

I always have a great experience with Orkin. My technician Conner is excellent I don’t need to tell him what to do or where to go. Honestly I don’t need to be here when he comes. He’s the best and he’s takes the time to keeps in touch with me about time and works with me if I need more time.

2 year customer in Parkville, Md. my tech Brian is awesome, communication with the office can be tricky at times but overall a great experience. Spider activity is down about 80 percent and I have yet to see any mice in my home. If your in the area and looking for pest control I’d recommend.

It was a night before Christmas and I saw a mouse. It freaked me out because I hadn’t seen one in my house for the 19 years I’ve lived here. So as soon as possible the day after Christmas I called Orkin because they had a really great rating with the Better Business Bureau and we had a previous experience with them when we had a termite issue during our refinancing quest. So today an excellent representative from Orkin by the name of Michael came out and surveyed the house, put down some stuff around the interior and exterior of my home to deter mice, and also some poison traps. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly and I felt immediately reassured that the problem was taken care of. Great job, Michael!

This is my second time using Orkin and both times were beyond expectation. The technician was patient and understanding while I explained my issue (I needed a mouse hole recovered because my landlord used spray foam and the mice chewed through) and he walked me through every step he took. He also made sure to explain everything that was included in my service and the timeframe it was good for. I HIGHLY recommend Orkin!

This rating is NOT for John T, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my initial inspection. He was friendly and professional and very informative and put our minds at ease... However, this rating is for the company as a whole as my first experience with them left me waiting around all day for a no call no-show work ethic. If things improve, I will update this post once my services are completed by week's end. *UPDATE* Tim made contact with me before my appointment and showed at the top of the time slot window! A very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough person. He even made a follow up appointment right then and there for ultimate effectiveness. Great experience! *UPDATE* Dominic was Punctual, Polite and Professional. Down to earth and friendly with good customer service.

The guys who’ve been out to my house are respectful, and they do their jobs well. I am a woman who owns an old house on my own, and I’ve previously had odd experiences with some tradesmen from other companies. The Orkin guys have been great though. It’s pretty consistently the same guy who comes, but I’ve had three different guys over the years and all are easy to communicate with and good at their jobs. They eliminated a Yellowjacket problem, got rid of a recurring seasonal sugar ant invasion, and set mouse traps for the occasional mouse. They’ve also given me advice on what landscaping I need to do to discourage pests from trying to make my home their home.

Mike was amazing at treating my yellow jacket infestation! He was very thorough and even saw a couple of wasp nests that I didn’t know about. He explained everything he was doing and advised me on how things would be over the next day or so. Very knowledgeable and has an awesome personality! Highly recommend…5 stars for sure!
