Kate did an amazing job. She was on time, professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She went through the entire house inside and out and treated each area that was infested (ants). There were far more areas than we thought, so I'm really glad I signed up for a yearly contract because I know we will need more treatments, since this season is approaching and we back up to woods. I called 4 other pest services and decided on them since they helped me once before with carpenter bees and did a fantastic job then too. Don't hesitate to give Orkin a call for your pest services!

Quick response times, flexible scheduling, free thorough inspection, friendly advice, knowledgable staff, trustworthy, good quality of work, asked for ingredients used and procedures, everything was explained easily. I did not do a price comparison. Based my immediate decision on the professionalism of everyone. Inspector to technician to manager. They work good together all along. I was satisfied to commit without comparison shopping around. Termite treatment began today. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I cannot say how well the process works, it’s been half a day. I trust in time the termites will be terminated. The Orkin system is impressive. I hoped to have treatment done before the swarm and it happened. Seems, now is a good time to beat the swarms coming out of the ground.

I am very thankful to Orkin for responding to my bug problem so quickly. George, my pro was very informative and made me much more relaxed about my situation. I am not a bug person and get very anxious when I see them. He looked all around, sprayed and said he would check back in a few days to see how things were going. He also said that I could call if I had any concerns; and they would return again for free. Thank you George and Orkin for making me feel better.

I cannot give enough praise to the technicians and the company. I had Eric come out at first and he was very pleasant and respectful to my home. He could not work my attic so he got Amie to come out the next day. Amie and the lady she was training came out and showed evidence of mice and checked my entire home. They offered finance for me and were able to get the job done a week later. Tyler along with his partner came out and removed all the insulation, sanitized the affected areas and took care of the locations that were affected. I am beyond pleased with the company and all the people employed at this location. If I could give more stars I would. Highly recommend them
