Do not trust Terminix for wildlife exclusion! We hired Terminix a few years ago for a severe squirrel issue in our attic. We chose them because of their brand name, trusting they would stand behind their work. We spent a massive amount of money to have them replace all of our insulation and completely seal the entry points. Unfortunately, the execution has been a complete nightmare from day one: * Subpar Work: The initial "sealing" job was a total fail using what looked like SOS pads and spray foam. The squirrels tore it out in days, my dogs ate the debris, and I had to personally demand the technician use proper metal flashing to fix it. * Unprepared Staff & Wrong Diagnoses: When squirrels found an identical entry point on the front fascia, the first tech showed up without a ladder or attic equipment. The second tech incorrectly claimed I had a hole in my roof that wasn't caused by squirrels. I had to pay an independent roofing company to inspect it, take photos, and prove to Terminix that it was a standard wildlife entry point by the gutter. * Total Lack of Communication: After a brief attempt at a cage patch, the squirrels chewed right through the fascia again. I sent Terminix photos and video evidence of two squirrels looking out of the new hole. No response. * Operational Chaos: Recently, a tech showed up for an "annual inspection" with zero notes on our ongoing issue. She had no ladder, was completely unprepared, and thought she was checking for moles. She promised an escalation. It has now been two weeks of total radio silence. We paid an arm and a leg upfront, and our home is currently being damaged by pests under the "watchful eye" of Terminix. I am writing this public review because standard customer service channels have completely failed us. I need a manager to contact me immediately, send out a crew equipped with the proper ladders, and actually seal our home correctly as promised. I don’t understand what we are paying maintenance for and why technicians are sent to a home without being properly prepared? That is either a dispatching issue on the customer service side, or technicians just not using their CRM. It’s no mystery what is happening at our house and has been for the past three years while we have fun under agreement with Terminix.

The service I experienced was great. This is my second time meeting Mr Joe & both times he explained everything he was doing and treating for. The first treatment was interior and he was able to treat & leave traps around the house as well & since then I’ve seen moderate improvement . This last time he was able to to take care of the exterior. Thanks Joe I appreciate your service!

Technician Joe did a phenomenal job today. Not only did he show up during sub zero temperatures, he saw that I was trying to shovel the walkway to my door and help me finish the job and dig out the car. It was great to chat with him. He always does such a great job when he comes out. I’m glad I pay for my yearly service!

I had a bad experience with termites eating the trim in my front closet unbeknownst to me until late. I had what looked like ant hills on my front porch; spider webs with a gazillion wings in them. A year ago I summoned Terminix. The salesman did a thorough inspection as I walked my property with him. He was very knowledgeable! He took his time to show and tell me the damages the termites had already done. He wasnt just doing a sales pitch. This Spring and Summer the results were excellent! I love that they sent a service guy to check the traps just before winter. Terminix is very reasonable with monthly payments. After a year of service the monthly amount goes down too! I certainly highly recommend this company.😃
