So far I’m very impressed by Terminex. I noticed what I believed to be termites in the front of my home one evening and had never seen any indication of their presence before. I contacted several local pest control companies and Terminex was the only one that I could speak to immediately. The representative on the phone was professional, answered my questions, and arranged for an inspection the very next morning. Christian A. came to our house, confirmed the presence of termites, and answered all of our questions. Christian wasn’t pushy at all and was honest about pricing. Based on all of the information Christian provided and how professional he was, we decided to go with Terminex rather than exploring other options. While the price was by no means cheap, the work that was eventually completed justified the cost. The following day, Terminex technician Daniel O. arrived at my house during the time window that was provided. He called earlier in the day to let me know what time he’d be there. Daniel was extremely professional and unbelievably thorough. We walked through every part of my home/property and he explained exactly what he’d be treating. He pointed out areas that were clearly being infiltrated by termites and the stage of infestation. Luckily we caught the problem early enough and there was very minimal damage. Daniel then proceeded to work for hours treating the interior and exterior of my home, keeping me posted all along. Daniel had to drill numerous holes in my concrete porch to inject the treatment. Not an easy task if you’ve ever drilled concrete. He also placed numerous bait traps throughout the perimeter of my home which required digging/burying. Again, very labor intensive. Daniel had another job after mine but took his time to ensure that everything was done right at my house. I appreciated his attention to detail and his professionalism. Terminex should take note of Daniel and Christian as great representatives for their company. Again, this is not a cheap process and something anyone wants to have to deal with but it’s necessary. Terminex and their representatives made the process hassle free and worth the cost. I have peace of mind knowing the job was done right and that I’ll be able to have the company follow up to ensure that the issue is resolved.
