Geoff Brewster went above and beyond for my clients. We had an issue the day before closing and needed further documentation from the inspector indicating that repairs were not needed. I reached out to the office via phone and Geoff via text. As 6:00pm approached, I had just about given up hope that we would be able to get what we needed, but at 9:15 pm I got a test from Geoff asking for where to send the needed paperwork to. I would have never expected to hear from anyone until the next morning and was praying that we would even be able to get it then. Because of Geoff going out of his way to respond to my distress message, we were able to close on the house and get a family and their kids and pets into their new home!

I’m happy to share that the Terminx technician, Will Latham is a very nice person and always pleasant. When Will is enroute he texts to let me know he’s on his way and then again when he arrives or he may call. He let’s me know what the plan is and when he finishes treating the property Will lets me know what he saw if anything and what he applied and where. Will makes sure he closes the gate prior to leaving. I’m very pleased with having Will take care of my property needs and the service that Terminx provides.

We're literally paying thousands of dollars for just six months of your service, with a guarantee that pests will be gone! I have zero complaints about the technician who actually does the work. My problem is with how hard it is to even make service appointments! This is honestly the worst process I've ever dealt with. You call, then you have to wait for someone to call you back, and then you go through this whole song and dance explaining why you're even doing this and what you've got our contractor for. You guys know what we're having done. We need to schedule your service appointment; it's insane. They ask for your availability, you give them five dates, and then 24 to 48 hours later, they text you with an appointment on a day you can't do. Then you have to go through the whole waiting game again for another day or two, just to call and reschedule it again. I just want to talk to someone, schedule an appointment, and get it done. We shouldn't have to go through this whole nightmare. The frustration is real, especially since you advertise "worry-free pest control," but it's anything but. I will never use you again, nor will I recommend you. When I say thousands of dollars, it's absolutely ridiculous!
