I would not recommend using Terminix for termite mitigation services. I was sold a service plan with the understanding that technicians would periodically inspect and monitor the bait stations. I was also clearly told by the sales representative that I could cancel the service at any time without issues. Unfortunately, neither representation turned out to be true. During installation, the technician damaged my irrigation system by placing bait stations in an area where I specifically warned them that irrigation lines were located. Despite clearly communicating this concern beforehand, the installer ignored the warning and proceeded anyway. After installation, nearly 9 months passed without anyone returning to inspect or service the bait stations as promised. During that time, my termite infestation actually became worse. When I contacted the local branch to cancel the service due to the lack of follow-up and poor workmanship, I was repeatedly given the runaround. Even after informing them multiple times about my experience and concerns, they refused to cancel the contract and continued demanding payment for the full year. This feels like a bait-and-switch business practice. Customers are promised one level of service during the sales process, but the actual service delivered falls far short of expectations. Based on my experience, I do not believe their technicians are properly trained or qualified to handle effective termite mitigation. Be cautious before signing a contract, and make sure you get all cancellation terms and service commitments in writing. Spent over $1300 over the past 9 months for zero service

Will was amazinggggggggg. He came in and got right to work. He offered me a solution that best fits my property and not just any solution for me to spend money. He’s probably the best I’ve had come and inspect. If i have to call back for services I’ll make sure to request to have him and him only.

They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the treatment plan before getting started. I already feel more at ease knowing the issue is being handled. Geoff Brewster went above and beyond for my clients. We had an issue the day before closing and needed further documentation from the inspector indicating that repairs were not needed. I reached out to the office via phone and Geoff via text. As 6:00pm approached, I had just about given up hope that we would be able to get what we needed, but at 9:15 pm I got a test from Geoff asking for where to send the needed paperwork to. I would have never expected to hear from anyone until the next morning and was praying that we would even be able to get it then. Because of Geoff going out of his way to respond to my distress message, we were able to close on the house and get a family and their kids and pets into their new home!

I’m happy to share that the Terminx technician, Will Latham is a very nice person and always pleasant. When Will is enroute he texts to let me know he’s on his way and then again when he arrives or he may call. He let’s me know what the plan is and when he finishes treating the property Will lets me know what he saw if anything and what he applied and where. Will makes sure he closes the gate prior to leaving. I’m very pleased with having Will take care of my property needs and the service that Terminx provides.
