Will from Terminix just left my house after completing a rodent and insect treatment. When I tell you that Will did an excellent job and put my mind at ease that my problem would be resolved I was relieved. I called crying and Will came right out to complete the treatments and assured me that they will be killed and no longer a problem. Thank you so much Will and Terminix!! Great job!!

Unfortunately there is no 0 stars for such a horrible company that takes advantage of hard working families. DO NOT USE Terminix! We had the worst customer service, experience and satisfaction ever. They’ve even unfairly sent my wife’s account to a debt collector, for a service charge we were not responsible for, since we had already closed the account. I hope this review helps someone who is thinking about hiring Terminix.

The service tech that I use all of the time with Terminix is fantastic. Polite, respectful, does a thorough job, respects our property, on time, efficient. Everything you could ask for from a service person who works both inside and outside your home. Hakan is highly recommended.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the termite services provided by Terminix, which have not only failed to resolve our termite problem but continue to waste my time. We initially chose Terminix this year due to its reputation and promise of effective termite control. Our house showed signs of termite activity, posing a severe risk to the integrity of our home’s foundation. Upon contacting Terminix, they were quick to install bait stations around our property, advising us to allow a few months for the treatment to take effect. However, instead of a reduction in termite activity, we observed an increase, prompting further calls for assistance. This is where our troubles truly began. The responsiveness and professionalism initially displayed by Terminix vanished when it came to follow-up service. We have made multiple attempts to address the increased termite activity, scheduling appointments for further inspections. These appointments have been repeatedly missed without explanation. Each time, I reached out to customer service, receiving no clear answers or solutions, just a cycle of rescheduling and ineffective escalations. This not only wastes our time but also prolongs the termite damage to our home. The situation has reached a point where the lack of accountability and effective response from Terminix has left us more vulnerable to termite damage than before their intervention. It is unacceptable for a company of this stature and specialty to display such a lack of commitment to their customers and their contractual duties. We are incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Terminix. We trusted them to help protect our home and they have failed to do so. This experience has not only resulted in wasted time and money but has also increased our stress and anxiety about the safety and longevity of our home. I urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing a termite service provider. A company that cannot follow through on its commitments or provide timely solutions to escalating problems is not one that deserves your trust or your business. We expected far better from Terminix, and they have failed to deliver. Too long didn't read summary: Terminix failed to control our termite problem; instead, it worsened. Repeated missed appointments and unhelpful customer service have left us frustrated. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Absolute joke of a company. We had service scheduled for Saturday between 2 and 4. Nobody had shown up by 5, or called to let us know, we repeatedly tried to reach out and got no answer. Finally got through and they told us they were double booked and we would have to reschedule. Rescheduled to monday morning. Call them at 1 because again nobody showed up, and we arent even on the schedule. They finally come out after having to talk to several people and the whole scope of work that the original guy told us is suddenly different. And then they say they cant even do the new work today, and will be back tomorrow. Ive seen episodes of "Hoarders" with people better organized than this.

Kind of frustrated here. The first service was great, very thorough, but the follow ups have been a nightmare. Brandon who set up the mice traps was supposed to be out two weeks after the initial service, he ended up being out that day and I never got a call to reschedule. Instead they automatically rescheduled him to come out on a day that was not approved by me and nobody was home. I them received a call from Terminix asking how my service was, I expressed my frustration and I set up a new appointment for Brandon to come out again to check our traps for this upcoming Friday 4/19/24 but today 4/17/24 I get a text that my technician is on his way? I didn’t have an appointment set up for today and once again nobody is home. I’m getting really frustrated, I have received no notifications of any appointments being rescheduled.
