He listened carefully to our concerns about a persistent ant problem, explained exactly what his plan of attack would be, and scheduled a visit for the very next day—arriving exactly when he promised. Please show Hakan this, as we promised we'd do this for his great service! What impressed me most was how much time he took to educate us throughout the process. He didn't just show up and spray; he listened, explained, and then acted with confidence and expertise. Hakan treated the entire exterior perimeter of our home and also addressed key areas inside, making sure every potential entry point was covered. The results were incredible. Those pesky ants seemed to disappear almost instantly, and we have been enjoying an ant-free home ever since! It's clear that Hakan takes tremendous pride in his work. His attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to customer service made this one of the best service experiences we've had in a long time. I would not recommend using Terminix for termite mitigation services. I was sold a service plan with the understanding that technicians would periodically inspect and monitor the bait stations. I was also clearly told by the sales representative that I could cancel the service at any time without issues. Unfortunately, neither representation turned out to be true. During installation, the technician damaged my irrigation system by placing bait stations in an area where I specifically warned them that irrigation lines were located. Despite clearly communicating this concern beforehand, the installer ignored the warning and proceeded anyway. After installation, nearly 9 months passed without anyone returning to inspect or service the bait stations as promised. During that time, my termite infestation actually became worse. When I contacted the local branch to cancel the service due to the lack of follow-up and poor workmanship, I was repeatedly given the runaround. Even after informing them multiple times about my experience and concerns, they refused to cancel the contract and continued demanding payment for the full year. This feels like a bait-and-switch business practice. Customers are promised one level of service during the sales process, but the actual service delivered falls far short of expectations. Based on my experience, I do not believe their technicians are properly trained or qualified to handle effective termite mitigation. Be cautious before signing a contract, and make sure you get all cancellation terms and service commitments in writing. Spent over $1300 over the past 9 months for zero service

Geoff Brewster went above and beyond for my clients. We had an issue the day before closing and needed further documentation from the inspector indicating that repairs were not needed. I reached out to the office via phone and Geoff via text. As 6:00pm approached, I had just about given up hope that we would be able to get what we needed, but at 9:15 pm I got a test from Geoff asking for where to send the needed paperwork to. I would have never expected to hear from anyone until the next morning and was praying that we would even be able to get it then. Because of Geoff going out of his way to respond to my distress message, we were able to close on the house and get a family and their kids and pets into their new home!
