Justo Badia is the best technician. He has been spraying for my house for years. I asked him out of nowhere one day to help me get rid of a yellow jacket nest that was not allowing me to walk my daughter outside by our driveway. Joshua Martinez went above and beyond for me. Terminix central calling was responsive but not being able to connect with the local branch was forced to text them with my information. They conveying to me that I would be contacted within 24-48 Hours. That was too long for me with hundreds of Bees in the house. I decided to try to connect with my local Terminix Tech Joshua Martinez. He gladly took my info and was able to get an appointment set up within 10 minutes for the following day. Saved me from having to wait the weekend and likely into the following week for a tech. THANK YOU JOSHUA

I've been a long-term customer of the company, but don't know that each of the products are effective. Regarding the termite treatment. When I purchased my home 15+ years ago, there was evidence of termites on the exterior. According to the inspections, there is no longer any evidence. The reps come regularly to check the bait stations. The mosquito treatment does not seem to be effective. We could not be in the yard or outside for an extended period due to the flying pest. I think that the spray used attracted them. My neighbors didn't seem to have the same issues. As a precaution, I also get the pest treatment. No news is good news, I guess. There has been no evidence of creepy crawlers or silverfish. I appreciate that the company is very responsive and attentive. The reps are timely and the service workers and representatives are polite and empathetic.

I can’t say enough great things about Terminix and specifically my service tech Jamar Ross. He gave me his cell number on one of his first service calls and never makes me feel bad for reaching out to him directly. I’ve had several emergency situations with wasps over the last month and he literally drops everything to come help me. Poor man is probably regretting giving me his number! Jamar is truly my life saver!!

Avoid! They came and inspected my home and recommended their 365 plan. when the time came for treatment, they said I need to buy another service and the extra cost starts at 1300 usd despite having inspected the home in the first place. I cancelled their services but they do not refund me keep saying that the refund is being processed.
