Avoid! They came and inspected my home and recommended their 365 plan. when the time came for treatment, they said I need to buy another service and the extra cost starts at 1300 usd despite having inspected the home in the first place. I cancelled their services but they do not refund me keep saying that the refund is being processed.

Recently purchased our home and decided to continue to Pest365 recommended by the previous owners - discussed pricing via text with terminix and then had an inspector come which both provided 2 different prices. The inspector was very nice and tired to be as helpful as possible so I decided paying the few extra dollars was worth it. He gained my trust and arranged a time for the technician to come and do the initial spraying on a time we decided and was arranged to fit my work schedule. Waiting here this morning between my window time to find out no one is schedule to come to my home after I had to make multiple calls to figure out why my time is being wasted. The team stated there was a call out and assigned a new technician promptly. Technician called and was very nice and I understood that I was an addition to his original schedule. My window was 8am-10am and now he will not be here until the afternoon. This is frustrating at the fact that you pay $800+ per year for something that the office cannot even be on top of their schedule. Please beware that if you have a tight schedule don’t bother making an appointment until you have the full day to waste waiting for these people. I hope this service is worth the frustration. Despite my frustrations, our inspector Tony and tech Charles have been wonderful and super helpful through this process. Charles was thorough and helpful for preventative measures in my home.

Francis was awesome he went over everything that needed to be done at the house with our rodent issue we had experience. Sal was the tech that came and help solve the issue at the moment. Both employees were very professional and explained everything where we can understand.

**Terrible Service and a Waste of Money** I am extremely disappointed with Terminix and their utterly ineffective service. After being charged a whopping $1000 for a single treatment, our home is now infested with both dead and live rats. This situation is beyond unacceptable. Despite numerous attempts to contact Terminix over the past seven days, we have received no response. Their lack of customer service is appalling, leaving us to deal with a worsening infestation without any support or follow-up. Save your money and avoid the frustration. Terminix has proven to be a complete waste of time and money. --- Feel free to adjust or add any additional details you think are necessary.

I had been with Terminix for 15 years, and just recently realized it’s a scam. Daquan from the Roselle office did not want to do any interior service, that included. When ge texted me a few months ago ge was coming in a couple days, I texted him back I need interior garage service. He purposely didn’t text me prior to the next visit he was coming to not let me know he was coming so he didn’t have to do it. I had just gotten home and I see him in my driveway and he starts going onto my backyard quickly without making eye contact. I asked him why didn’t you text he you were coming as you knew I needed interior garage service. He said I’m not doing your service. I’m leaving. He leaves and was screaming about me in the street. How about ringing the doorbell and asking if I need the interior service I’m paying for, especially since I’m standing within eyesight and he’s never even introduced himself within the 9 months he’s been doing my house! He called and had my contract cancelled because he didn’t like the way I was taking to him! Unbelievable.
