Deonta' was my Tech today. He was very informative, and knowledgeable. He knew his job and is good at what he does. He explained to me all that he was doing as well as telling me about additional services that Terminix provides. I do HR for a Fortune Five Hundred Company and if given the chance, I would hire him in a heartbeat. His professionalism and treatment of his customers actually made Terminix look good. And I hope that Deonta' is what my future service looks like. I have actually been looking at other companies because of some very unprofessional treatment by Terminix. But after meeting Deonta ' I will hold off for now. Great Job Deonta' ...Keep up the good work...I would give you a 10 if I could. Terminix is lucky to have you...I hope they know it and appreciate your had work and exemplary attitute.

My house has been under Terminix care for 15 years. Oliver has been our service provider for many years and his work has been flawless. We always receive a call before and feedback after sometimes with pictures. Always willing to adjust service as necessary and come fix any unexpected problems. We have been very satisfied with both the company and providers.

We've had Termix for some time however, this more recent experience has been extremely pleasant and informative. Our expert, Kitt S. Is wonderful. Hes thorough and explains problem areas. I was able to ask 100s of questions to learn more about prevention and maintenance of the property. The snow obviously got in the way for additional areas of concern (its icy and unsafe) however, Kitt S. was thorough inside the home.

Ruben our technician was great from the moment he walked in our home. He listened to our concerns and then explained what he was going to do. He also shared advice on what we can do to help. Once he finished he showed us and explained what he did. Ruben did a great job representing the company and I highly recommend him.

They do not show up when they’re needed. We have had Terminix for a couple years and the service has been just okay. We pay quarterly and they are supposed to come out if there are any issues. We called 2 weeks ago for service and we have now waited for a tech on 3 different days this week and no one showed up. No apology, no reason just no shows. We have canceled our service and are going with a locally owned company. Just be cautious when using this company - they are big and do not seem to care at all about customer service.

Do NOT do service with Terminix if you're in the Gaithersburg area. Their local office is AWFUL. I got an Exclusion service with them a few years ago for mice. Still would get mice once in a while. They finally said there was nothing more they could offer. So I cancelled them. I cancelled this service MONTHS ago and had to call twice to get this done. And now, they've sent me a notice saying I owe them payment for the Exclusion service that i NO LONGER HAVE. It doesn't even show up on my online account! The notice also says that if I don't pay they will send me to collections agency. I chatted with an agent who says this is a system error on their part, but she doesn't know what they are doing to fix it and can't guarantee that I won't be sent to a collections agency for an amount i DO NOT owe. The only good thing about this office is David Dowdy who does our quarterly pest control. He is the ONLY reason I still have any service contract with Terminix. If I was to rate him alone, he'd get 5 stars.
