We scheduled Terminix for Thursday. However, on Tuesday we got a call from the inspector saying, “I will be in your city, can you please be in the house at eleven?” My husband explained that he was at work and could not come. Instead of honoring our scheduled appointment, the inspector insisted it would be better to do it that same day since he was nearby and kept pushing us to make it work. My husband politely declined and called customer service to inform them that we were being pressured to move the appointment from Thursday to Tuesday. Several minutes later, he received a text message asking if he had called customer service (??), which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. Moving forward, Roger arrived, opened the attic, and immediately said, “Oh my God, you have a raccoon and mice.” While that is true, the situation quickly turned into a high-pressure sales pitch. Roger went back to his car and then told us we needed to resolve everything that same day, pushing a full roof remediation for $6,700. My husband asked for a detailed quote and explained that he could not commit to the first option and needed to explore alternatives. Roger refused to provide a proper, itemized quote and instead handed over a generic Terminix brochure that had no personalized pricing or scope of work whatsoever. For the actual treatment, we had Luicido, who was excellent. He handled the pest treatment professionally, was respectful, informative, and clearly cared about doing quality work. He even tried calling Roger multiple times to help clarify things for us, which we really appreciated. I later spoke with Roger again and requested a detailed quote. He claimed he was not providing one because we might use it to compare with other companies and that they would “use Terminix’s quote against them,” which is honestly bizarre and not how normal business works. After a 5-minute back-and-forth, I again requested a quote and stated we would not be moving forward. Roger repeated that he would not provide a quote because we were seeking other inspections and suggested he could speak with us after we received other companies’ quotes. We still do not have a quote. To this day. Edit: I changes from 2 stars to 1. This response that they post here asking to email them is pointless. I emailed. They never responded. So they are trying to create an illusion like they respond, if something happens. It's false.

After hearing occasional scratching noises in the attic, we scheduled a professional inspection to prevent the issue from getting worse. The company identified small entry points near roof vents and installed protective barriers while sealing vulnerable openings. The project took several hours from inspection through cleanup. Compared to before, we feel much more comfortable knowing the attic is properly secured against future pest problems. The technicians also explained how sealing small gaps early can prevent more expensive insulation or wiring damage later. It was a preventative service that provided immediate peace of mind.

I had a very disappointing experience with Terminix. The local representative verbally quoted me one price, but the contract reflected a higher amount. This discrepancy was not clearly explained at the time of signing. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to have the billing corrected, but I have not received any meaningful support or resolution. Communication has been poor, and it feels like once the contract was signed, customer service became a low priority. They were very responsive when trying to secure my business, but that level of responsiveness did not continue afterward. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled, particularly regarding billing transparency and follow-up. I will be reporting this matter with full documentation to the appropriate consumer protection channels.

20251110 I have gotten the annual contract the last 2 years, and both years, my account would show a balance at the end of the year. It's because instead of charging the monthly service with contract price, they charged the price without contract, resulting a balance at the end of the year. Both years, I have to call Terminix, explain the situation, and hope that they would make the adjustments. This added inconvenience is not worth the savings offered with the annual contract. 20250723 Devon Perez is excellent. I have spiders and they leave spider webs everywhere. Devon was very through with removing the webs and treated the area. I feel that he takes great care of eliminate bugs around my house, and he takes extra care about my pets by ensuring the gate is closed during his visit and locked upon completion in addition to ensuring my pets' safety. 202007: I was a Terminix customer many years ago, and ended the relationship because I was having issues with the technicians not showing up on the day of the appointment or show up days before the scheduled date. I went with another pest control company who got bought out by Terminix a couple of years ago. I decided to give Terminix a second chance. So far, I am really happy that I did. Terminix services have improved drastically. Their technicians and customer service representatives are very professional and helpful. For about a year now, Gilbert became my regular Terminix technician. Prior to Gilbert, I didn't get notification when the quarterly appointment was scheduled. Which made it inconvenient for me and the technician since the gate needed to be unlocked and I didn't have the opportunity to work with the technician to address some of the bug issues/concerns. With Gilbert, he significantly improved my Terminix experience. He would call ahead days before the appointment, and coordinate and make adjustments to the date and time as needed. The phone call also allows me to share with him the bug issues and concerns I have prior to his arrive, and to unlock the gate the morning of the appointment. If needed, Gilbert will treat the interior of my home. Gilbert is very polite, friendly, and professional. As long as Gilbert continues to work for Terminix and service my neighborhood, I plan on staying with Terminix. Thank-you. June 2018: Mohamed and David treated my house for bed bugs that I brought home from my recent trip to Savannah. Mohamed was very professional and nice. He answered all my questions. Upon returning home 2 hours after the bed bug treatment was completed, my house remained organized and clean. I noticed the fitted sheets and mattress pads on both beds were not in the trash bags left on the bed by Mohamed and David. I texted Mohamed, and he was very responsive. He explained why the mattress pads and fitted sheets were in the mattress casings and how I should handle my suitcases that I took on the trip. I also emailed Evangelista, and he responded quickly and was very helpful.
