20251110 I have gotten the annual contract the last 2 years, and both years, my account would show a balance at the end of the year. It's because instead of charging the monthly service with contract price, they charged the price without contract, resulting a balance at the end of the year. Both years, I have to call Terminix, explain the situation, and hope that they would make the adjustments. This added inconvenience is not worth the savings offered with the annual contract. 20250723 Devon Perez is excellent. I have spiders and they leave spider webs everywhere. Devon was very through with removing the webs and treated the area. I feel that he takes great care of eliminate bugs around my house, and he takes extra care about my pets by ensuring the gate is closed during his visit and locked upon completion in addition to ensuring my pets' safety. 202007: I was a Terminix customer many years ago, and ended the relationship because I was having issues with the technicians not showing up on the day of the appointment or show up days before the scheduled date. I went with another pest control company who got bought out by Terminix a couple of years ago. I decided to give Terminix a second chance. So far, I am really happy that I did. Terminix services have improved drastically. Their technicians and customer service representatives are very professional and helpful. For about a year now, Gilbert became my regular Terminix technician. Prior to Gilbert, I didn't get notification when the quarterly appointment was scheduled. Which made it inconvenient for me and the technician since the gate needed to be unlocked and I didn't have the opportunity to work with the technician to address some of the bug issues/concerns. With Gilbert, he significantly improved my Terminix experience. He would call ahead days before the appointment, and coordinate and make adjustments to the date and time as needed. The phone call also allows me to share with him the bug issues and concerns I have prior to his arrive, and to unlock the gate the morning of the appointment. If needed, Gilbert will treat the interior of my home. Gilbert is very polite, friendly, and professional. As long as Gilbert continues to work for Terminix and service my neighborhood, I plan on staying with Terminix. Thank-you. June 2018: Mohamed and David treated my house for bed bugs that I brought home from my recent trip to Savannah. Mohamed was very professional and nice. He answered all my questions. Upon returning home 2 hours after the bed bug treatment was completed, my house remained organized and clean. I noticed the fitted sheets and mattress pads on both beds were not in the trash bags left on the bed by Mohamed and David. I texted Mohamed, and he was very responsive. He explained why the mattress pads and fitted sheets were in the mattress casings and how I should handle my suitcases that I took on the trip. I also emailed Evangelista, and he responded quickly and was very helpful.

The Terminex man called the day before treatment. He did his work, took photos and reported back to me. This is especially important to me since it is a rental house. The back of the house had lots of vines and I was able to share photos to the tenant with a warning. THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! !
