Every time the orkin man visits. He's very thorough and the job he's done. I have him coming back on a regular schedule, of 2 to 3 months. All through the fall, and through the winter, I had no mice, no flies. But this time we found a spider in the house one day before he came LOL true fact! He took care of that spider LOL I would recommend this. I didn't think I could afford it, but getting mouse traps and having to deal with the nastiness and all of this sprays and all that to kill the crawling bugs and flies. I'll take care of and nothing to breathe in and it doesn't harm my animals. So worth it!

In the first visit the gentleman that came out was very friendly and educated on the service. When you call customer service it awful , you get the run around. Nobody know where to find your account and then you are hung up on. Call back another time cancel.service for the next month and hung up on again. Finally get through talk with a manager and she does nothing to help fix the problem. (They showed up after canceling for that month, specifically ask for Mondays or Friday. They come on a Wednesday and charge me when they didn't even spray because only my minor children were home. They send a text saying they are here 2 min before they arrived even though service was canceled. Employee says oh I didn't see that!!!) Ughhhh

John, showed up on time and actually a bit early. (I also received 2 texts letting me know they were on there way and the second letting me know that they had arrived.) He presented a very professional appearance and immediately greeted me by name. He was cordial and engaging and listened to my pest control issue. He was attentive and interested in my situation as I gave him the $2 tour of our house. His recommendations were logical and measured. Even though he offered a couple of extra protective rodent measures. I never felt pressured to buy them. He explained exactly what he had observed and what he planned to do to fix our mouse issue. I followed some of his advise and removed debris from around the foundation of our house using my blower. He placed the traps, sprayed and cleaned up around the eves. And he gave some insights on how to prevent reinfestation. At the end he asked if I had any other concerns or anything else I'd like him to look at. I was very impressed with the service today. I would definitely recommend Orkin to anyone looking for pest control correction.

Chris brings spots to our attention & treats them with pet friendly spray. I have referred a friend of mine from the local Senior Center in Gardnerville to treat her gnats & other annoying bugs that she cannot see. We discovered a bad rodent problem in our garage, last winter, then had an ant problem in our kitchen, this summer. I called the 800 number, I found online, and the gentleman I talked to was AWESOME! He was able to send someone out, the next day! I wish I could remember the initial person's name, because he was so professional and informative, and sprayed the problem-areass right away! Our usual maintenance person, Richie, is super sweet and very helpful and such a professional! We love seeing Richie, every other month! I highly recommend this service, as we've had ZERO problems, since our very first visit! It's worth the cost, which I feel is very reasonable, for the service and results! 10 STARS ?
