For the past three weeks, I have been attempting to terminate my services. Despite informing each corporate representative that I am not a client, I continue to encounter their team members who state I’m active and have scheduled appointments. 9/6/26 - tried calling the offices. Spoke with an amazing call center team. They mentioned that they are trying to cancel my account but need to hear back from the local branch. Unfortunately no services are being conducted but we are getting billed monthly until the manager can reach out.

JT arrived right on time. He spent quality time listening to all of my concerns. He made his recommendations and we agreed on what I want done. Highly recommend!

I feel that my service technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk through my issues with what was going on in my house, (ridiculous amounts of spiders). He explained the process very well and in a way that I understood. I would and will recommend to friends and family.

I’ve been using Orkin for the past couple of years and have been very pleased with both their results and overall service. Their customer service is excellent—Jorge, who has been servicing our home since the beginning, has been especially reliable and professional.

Our technician, Natalie is always so friendly, professional, and does a great job every time. If we see any activity after our appointment, Natalie always makes time to come back and check out/treat the problem areas. Very happy with our service so far.

Justin was very nice and professional. I feel good that we have a good plan in place to clear any birds or rodents from my house. I like the idea of getting my gutters cleared out and covers put over all of them. I'm not getting any younger, so having that burden taken care of is a great relief. Kat, who set the traps and sprayed insect repellent around my house was very nice and professional too. I'm glad we chose Orkin.

Jorge Tottes came by and did a really good job. He sprayed around the exterior of the house, and inside the house as well. We are very pleased with Jorge's service.

This pest control company is entirely unethical. They tried to sell us on them using sticky traps for the mice. When we were very firm with them about not using sticky traps, they put out a bunch of those poorly designed wooden snap traps (as opposed to the much more ethical and reusable enclosed snap traps or high force plastic snap traps). They also didn't place a lot of the traps flush to the wall, or with an obvious route for the mice to get a head-on kill. They set the traps less than one day ago, and I've already had several instances of mice crying after getting caught in the traps (until we had to kill them ourselves), and several more instances of me finding mice that had been struck on the side and lower body, that definitely also didn't die instantly. What can you expect from a company willing to use slow killing poison, sticky traps, and cheap primitive snap traps? Won't be using these people ever again.

We had Orkin service in another state and decided to contract with them again. From the sales team to the guys that do the work it’s been excellent service! Our outside home services from Mark is perfect. Austin and John did an amazing job under the house and Justine setting it all up. They are all very professional and friendly. We chose the right company and Reno Office. Thank you all!
